      @@Nikolaos.Official thanks man ! I wouldn’t say weightlifting destroys your health, but can defo lead to more injuries and does not offer the aerobic effect that high volume Calisthenics can

      Defo weight training, only if you have no equipment or access to equipment, would I say do BodyWeight training for legs, it’s still beneficial but weight training for legs is superior for building muscle mass

      @@RadiantShadow13 you definitely can build an amazing set of legs with strictly Calisthenics but you’d probably make better progress with weights and most leg exercises are weighted Calisthenics moves regardless

      @@UnitelMobicom plyometrics wouldn’t build as much muscle as hypertrophy training as the main focus is to improve power and explosiveness but it will still contribute towards muscle growth

      You definitely couldn’t say that, but I would say Calisthenics would activate those smaller muscles a bit more, more challenging for the core and is more accessible
