Wow I saw that same blouse at DD's yesterday I should have got it... But I wasn't too sure if it fit me it looks like it was a tiny bit small... Wow that's nice.. I'm also starting my hair journey again I've been doing it for years but at least 3 years.. because it's not easy to perm your hair when you are homeless but I'm not homeless anymore as of November the 15th 2024 last month..😅 yay.!!!! thank you Jesus now I can do my hair journey even better with a big fat aloe vera leaf from the grocery store... And conditioning more often or whatever needs to be done.. and massaging of my scalp... Along with my wigs... Because I am Teresa Florette aka the wig Whisperer... And I love my wigs. Smile 😊

Hi patrice... I want to create a routine for myself... So once in every month I'll stretch my hair woth a blow dryer then put them in mini twists that will last me a month as a protective style.... After the month has ended, I'll take the twists down and wash my hair then blow dry my hair and put them in another mini twists again... This is just my plan for length retention 😅, do you think its okay?

I think textured hair are better off with brushed that have short and supple bristles; ladies you gotta be really careful using a comb if you want to avoid breakage

Are you not a fan of specialized detangling tools (e.g. tangle teezer etc)? I've found in the past that wide tooth combs just do not cut it for me but it looks like it works for you?

That is so untrue. Any race cannot grow differently, everyone hair growth is different but, just because someone is black, doesn’t mean their hair grows slower than the rest, black people have different hair types, like 3c etc, curly hair make it look like they grow slower but, that’s not the case, average person grows 6 inches of hair per year, so black people can have extremely long, natural hair, especially when straightened/braided.

Actually yes it actually does grow because most black hair usually has shrinkage which means that your hair looks smaller but actually when you stretch it it's longer let me see does actually have longer hair natural

Tbh it's just curly so it grows same speed, but different hair types look short (ps love the hair)

First of all, you’re just a hater because my hair is past my butt and my hair is pretty long and it’s been growing since times five actually since I was born and if you don’t have long hair, that’s your fault not my fault not anybody’s fault you just don’t have long hair you cut your hair probably I don’t know, but that’s not our fault it’s your fault not ours. You don’t have long hair. I’m a black woman and there’s probably more black women there have long hair or I don’t have long hair so how about you let your hair grow out
