Our shake down trip is well underway and after checking out a local waterfall to where we have anchored, we head down to Holy Loch Marina to sit out some incoming bad weather. Fixing a fatal flaw on our boat, the handles on the deck hatches. These cost £250 each to replace and we need 3! They are not exactly built to last, so I have come up with a new idea that saves me a load of cash, and is a better option... I think.
