I went to university in Southampton, there are some areas with decent architecture and cool public parks in the city centre.

Plymouth still has some full of character ancient streets and a decent castle, but the newer area isn't anything special.

Actually you have some bus lines from both EZE and AEP to city center, also Line 8 does connect EZE with AEP, and it's by far the chepeast way. Also have shuttle buses.

Actually, there is a bus that goes to and from the airport, and stops at various places along the way. Additionally, you can get a shared taxi if you're willing to wait a few minutes. There are companies that organize that as soon as you exit the luggage area.
