Добавлен 29 май 2015
Hi I'm Graeme. I have worked in the motorcycle industry since 1989 working as motorcycle sales man. This is mega if your into motorcycles like I am. Best job ever you get to play on some of the lastest bikes from the franchise we have. I should by now be able to tell a good one from a bad one and trust me over the year there have been some stinkers. I thought with this access i should start doing some content for RUclips so here it is. Hope you like what we do. Keep watching, following and subscribing.
Honda GB350s
First ride on the wee GB350S. It was horrible weather but the little 350 Honda is a peach to ride. Will do a full review when I get to play on the demo back in the UK.

Lovely bike....looking forward to the next video on it....they'll sell a shed loads of them
Nice, But It's obvious that the front fender is way too short.
thats a cracker BUT it needs 30-35 bhp .... 20bhp is gutless
Será que virá pro Brasil???
Decent looking. Shame Honda only do 2 year warranty. Royal enfield shotgun 3 years
Saw one yesterday and it is a great bike but for the love of god could they not havecome up with a decent paint scheme?
Good video Graeme nice one! Def a bike on my radar once I get used to the transalp.
There is a claim that seem to stir quite a bit of interest: Made In Japan! If it's made in Japan is fine, otherwise watchout! It seems the public here in Europe are still influenced by the local media into believing that Chinese or Indian product are inferior by definition. They are not! Germany would like us to believe that, so that we pay more for their wares. Probably UK trying to demonstrate that a worker from Hinckley has more skills, dedication or outright passion for what she does than one from Asia. The quality of a brand is not associated with the nationality of its workers but by the company that is behind them. That's why we buy Honda, regardless of where is made. They have the design, infrastructure, parts sourcing, manufacturing, financing and overall know-how to make good bikes everywhere. Is it so difficult to believe that Honda can make good bikes anywhere? They have been doing it since last century in both cars and motorcycles. That's why they can sell this beauty for less than 4,000 quids. Time to move on from that outdated stereotype.
La même en gros mono cylindre 650 cc et un réservoir de bonne capacité. 👌😊
Beautiful simple motorcycle, I have to say I really love it. The tyres size it's also good, like the old bikes when there wasn't much difference from doing dirt roads and clean roads... But to me it's too power limited, a 500cc 50hp twin cylinder version would be much better
I think that too that with the 21 hp this bike delivers is going to be underpowered for long distance riding in highways but thats not what this bike is realy for. There are rumors about a 500cc version of this bike and with my calculations and research it should deliver 30, maybe low 30-s hp if its going to stay completely aircooled. If its going to have an oilcooler radiator then it could be very close to 40 or maybe even 40 hp but what I realy hope for is that it's going to stay a single cylinder. For 500cc and 50 hp it would have to be watercooled and a 2 cylinder and that would make it a very different bike. The single cylinder aircooled engine is the essence of this bike and what some of us do realy love, the character and the heartbeat like thumb this engine provides. The hp is also misleading because this is not a high reving engine but it is a realy torquey one. And as you mentioned the simplicity also is a big plus for us who love this kind of machines. I am planing on buying one and I am going to try to do a European 1000 km tour to where one of my best friends lives but I am not buying it for that purpose. Its absolutely not ideal for that but I think it's manageable, we will see. If the 500cc version realy will come out in a couple of years I will trade it for that imediately even if it will be only 30 hp. With that I could probably keep the 130 km/h max highway speed limit without straining the engine to much and honestly this is all I wish for from a bike like this. And yes, I am a little bit of the masochist type of rider. 😅
@grecushungaricus1985 I see what you mean but single cylinder will give no top end at all, I think they should just keep it air cooled but with an in line 2 cylinder, on a 500cc Honda should manage to give at least 40 hp without issues... Cruising at 130kmh with 30hp on a single cylinder it's still very tiring and almost to the limit for the engine... 21hp struggle to overtake a truck on the highway
@ Well, I can't argue with the top end power issue with the single cylinder, that I would miss. I was thinking since yesterday that indeed it does make more sense to build a 2 cylinder 40+ hp bike to compete with the 650 Royal Enfields when the 350 directly competes with the 350 RE-s. The single cylinder has its charm but you are right about that a 2 cylinder would be a much more competent bike and if they tune everything right then it should have a ton of character as well.
We want to hear the motorcycle engine even at 120 km/h or more.
Needs a bigger exhaust. That one isn't big enough
The Honda gb350s is beautiful, but 21hp is problem.Honda please try on 27hp and 130km max speed.
Honda challenging the Chinese value bikes👌👍
How does that feel when you are going around 100 km/h for a longer time ? I really like looks of this machine but i'm afraid it's gonna be too slow for europe
4:06 RIP headphones users 📢🫡‼️
How have they only managed 21bhp from a 350cc single? Or not even a more useable 25bhp?
The storm sounds better
Test ride 2 moz. Can't wait. Right up my street as an old duffer who loves old school single cylinder bikes
Shame the mudguards don’t work.
Nice!..well equipped for sun soaked dry roads then! 😉….does Honda supply a rear hugger and an extension to the front mudguard?( even as just an accessory!)…👍
I would probably get this over a Royal Enfield but I'd go with a Kawasaki Eliminator 450 for more power. 😀
Lovely bike...the UK colours available are as dull as the proverbial ditch water.
Same in Europe , I’ve ordered one , but the first thing it’s getting is a respray
2:23 front mudguard might need an aftermarket extension.
I was looking at the CB350 in India and it has a much bigger mudguard.
0:14 that’s more of the Gb350S than are even coming here to Sweden (5) 🤣. That’s being said, I do have my name on one 😈
It is made in India, same factory as CB350rs
Incorrect. GB350s is made in Japan and Thailand.
@sopranomadness894 Ok..what ever makes you happy..✌ [It's long stroke engine is even designed by a team in India ground up, along with Japanese Honda consultants, in house]
@sopranomadness894 Source?
Even if it is made in India there's still Honda above them with much much higher standards than Indian manufacturers
@RIPSOE404 It is made in India primarily for Indian market, they have started exporting seeing huge success in India, they want to capture segment dominated by Royal Enfield outside of India. Simple google search will give you details about this topic (Don't speculate things, don't spread misinformation on internet).
Brilliant bike! Got to have a test ride.

Is this bike coming to the States??
@@TheDesroster not sure.
Iam not the first to comment on the fact that almost all the pictures views in the promotions of this bike are from the throttle , exhaust side of bike . Kawasaki Z900 looks better in my opinion and in Australia is at least six thousand dollars cheaper .
@@SomewhereInside the exhaust side is the side that stands out as the side stand side is hard to picture due to the way it leans.
It does look a bit cheap. But I suppose it is.
Can't see why anyone would buy any other naked bike at this price.
looks, really
I like the idea that it has ‘moods’. It looks like a very moody bike!
Mate do buy a separate mic like DJI mini mic. It will help on listening to what you say. Part I like is that you show the bike off well thanks 🙏
@@alf786 got one for Christmas off my lovely wife but need to get to grips with it.
Needs to be gloss black. Looks likes it's made out of melted bins
Agree but Gloss black shows scratches easily though.
Recycling! xD
Does look a bit cheap and plasticy.
Always complaining about something lol 😂
How much is the SC Projects exhaust I wonder?
@@phillipchandler8862 the one for the SP is around £1000 as it has the exhaust valve.
@Geordiebiketester Thanks. It does look good and sound great but it makes you wonder how Honda can make the bike for the price when HC needs 10% of Honda's cost just for a slip on.
I wonder if there's any discount to be had 😁
@ have you ordered your CB from us? If yes then yes you will get a bit of discount on your accessories.

Here in Portugal, 1300€
@@joaocorreia9680 Thanks. That's quite a large percentage of the bikes purchase price 😩
Dang 1300 😬
@@joaocorreia9680 950€ here in Spain. You guys are being ripped off. But incredibly expensive non the less, I'm sure an excellent Arrow Veloce like the one for the Hornet 750 will cost no more than half that.
@@joaocorreia9680too expensive
For the price this bike is awesome and looks great.
Why everybody says that when the price of this motorcycle equals to a brand new budget car? No, it isn't cheap, a motorcycle should not cost more than 10000 euro. I would agree with something more than that for a Ducati or Aprilia Superbike but for something mainstream like this Honda, no way.
@rhemyis Because for similar spec bikes it costs less. It's not hard to understand. The Suzuki GSXS1000 is 2k more. The Yamaha MT10 is 4k more
That's a beautiful sounding bike Graeme, even in the rain. Can't wait for mine to arrive 👌
@@MrMarkr1892 yes even in the rain. If it dried up properly I could have opened my insta and plugged the micro phone in. But that was good enough for now.
Hello there. Could you tell me what model of Oxford heated grips are fitted. I wrote to Oxford and asked them and they told me they don’t make them for that scooter. Thanks mate. I’ve watched all of your videos. Cheers.
@@brianmurray666 at Newcastle Motorcycles we fitted the Oxford heat grips that measure the shortest. On the top of the box it tells you the length. They work fine on any big bike.
@ thank you very much👍👍
@ thanks very much.
Great vlog many thanks for making and sharing. I have an SH300 and a Honda 750 X DCT. In my 70's so the 750 is starting to feel a bit heavy, I love the SH apart from the front suspension on certain roads. I was thinking about getting rid of both and getting a Forza but after your comparison I realize the way to go is the ADV.
@@johnlaw3323 I’m sure your local Honda dealer will have a demo of the ADV I know we are going again this year. Once you ride it you will buy it.

Suena cuando mi vecino enciende el tractor 😂😂😂😂
Expensive as hell, but what a bike!
I bought the 2025, and the screen is terrible compared to the 24 model. It creates lots of blurred vision (and noise increase) when in the highest position. Many of the Road testers commented about it on the launch in Spain. I would like to try the 2024 year screen, on the 2025 if it fits. The increase in bottom end torque is noticable on the new 2025. Panniers look to be the same mountings, so may be pssible to interchange. Would need the two bike togther. Lithium Battery, so you will need a lithium charger, normal lead acid battery chargers would not charge it properly. Everthing else is just styling.
can you turn off the annoying guy sound that says everything you select?
@@tejasyallatti yep it’s in settings.
Thanks a lot for comparing the two bikes. The screen of the 2024 version is the best screen I've tried on any motorcycle for my height, so I'm disappointed to have it confirmed that it's shorter (it looked like it, from videos). It looks like maybe the mounting points are similar though - do you think it's possible to use the 2024 version on the 2025? :)
Im going to try and get a second hand 2024, to put on my 2025, if it fits.
@garyten13 let me know if you try. Would love to know if it fits :)
@@micolsen I may try an after market screen for 2024, as there doesnt appear to be many Honda Original 2024 scrrens around. If the holes line up, then i know what to look for. maybe try a Givi 2024, but its taller by 8 cm, so it may not give a accurate comparison.
I imagine Honda will do the same as the ridiculous “Comfort Seat” and make a touring screen to go on the tourer. I mean they effectively say our stock seat isn’t comfortable so by a different one why not the same with the screen.
@@jimporter yeah it's ridiculous when companies do that :)
You forgot to mention about the fender extender. Which is irrelevant as I have purchased and fitted one myself.
@@marcus577 also forgot to mention the new seat. I’m keeping those bits for the ride review.
In England these 400s are cheap tax And insurance
I first bought a Forza. Rode for 3 years, Very enjoyable, So i had a look at the ADV 350. It looked good so i Bought one, After riding both for the last 12 months, I do prefer the Forza. First wind protection, much better. Seat height Lower, I do not notice much difference with the suspension, The ADV.350cc Is much taller, both machines weigh 186k But the ADV feels much heavier to push about, The Forza feels a much more comfortable ride, We all have different opinions, This is just my personal choice, Allso the Forza is better on petrol, The ADV around 80 mpg, The Forza over 95mpg.
