please make a how to deadlift video
I'm just starting to workout, even though 50 is only months away. As a result, I've been reading, and more importantly, watching videos on how to develop good form/technique, before actually adding an effective amount of resistance. This video is by far the best in terms of explaining 'what' to do and how to recognize when you're doing it correctly. Your dumbbell shoulder press video is also an excellent tutorial and was wondering if you have one for dumbbell bent over rows? Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, and Merry Christmas.

This is absolutely the BEST tutorial on benching I have ever seen. And now I know I've been doing it wrong all this time and can correct my form and avoid shoulder pain (which I have had in the past and now know why!). The way you presented, explained and produced this video is all top-notch. Keep them coming!

That this channel has not 20x more subscribers is a shame and says a lot where most gym people focus on - amount of plates on the bar instead of proper form. I was one of them in the past when I was much younger. Once I started to focus on proper form with my DL and my squats I had to drop the plates on the bar by a lot! Bad for my ego but quintessential for the health of my lower back… Thx a lot Jack for these outstanding explanations of proper form
