Making a tiny brushed ESC
This video introduces how to make a one-way brushed ESC. In order to keep the volume and weight of the ESC as small as possible, all SMD components are used to make it. Attiny13 is used as the ESC MCU. Input a PWM wave to the attiny13, and the attiny13 MCU controls the on-off time of the N-channel MOSFET transistor according to the duty cycle of the PWM wave. So as to realize the control of the motor speed.

Diy AA supercapicator battery.
AA batteries are generally not used in devices with low power consumption, it is not practical to use supercapacitors diy AA battery.😄
How to make a multi micro receiver 2/4GH? Please!🙏
what about add magnatic connection charger
this Is an excellent idea, I'm surprised not too many manufacturers have done this. I stumbled across this video by accident by looking up how to change batteries in a Samsung remote for somebody and apparently Samsung has a TV remote with solar panel. In a brief search I did find at least one universal remote with solar panel. I would suspect both of them would be using lithium batteries, like the idea of the super capacitor much better. And the best part with the solar panel on the back and the buttons down it won't slide off the couch well it trickle charges.
Thanks for your video,I made it today,it's practical and also inexpensive.❤❤
Can i use attiny13A?
Yes
THX
hi! what focusing seat did you use?
what is the value of the capacitor?
2F
3:29
Can this be used in conjunction with solar lawn light applications that charge during the day and light in the dark or is too much power generated and the capacitors just explode? Larger supercapacitors such as in 12 VT systems in vehicles don't explode..
Hello, The energy density of supercapacitors is too small, so this is not suitable for solar lights.
wow, it's awsome~! i want to find this solution~ thank~ you~!
Here did you get the box, very Nice one.
Thank you
Could I get a list of parts please. I'm not very techy.

man my mosfet burned 😢 not helpful😢
hello sir pls answer
hello sir after doing everythink as you show i am getting errors to upload code say "A programmer is required to upload " error what should i do next help
Hi, What’s your programmer which used to download program to ATTINY13 ?
@@DIYQiQi arduino nano sir
pls reply sir
You must turn the nano to programer first before download to ATTINY
are you sure is this not fake ? i try it with your way but does not work at all plz tell me
What’s wrong with your power supply ?
hi sir what n channel mosfet are you using pls reply soon sir
SI2302
pls ans my question 🙏🙏🙏
Is 1 pwm pin of Arduino can run the esc? Bcs I have to make 4 esc for 4 motors to make a Quadcopter! So pls can you also tell me in detail that how many and which type of pins are required to drive the esc??? 🙏🙏🙏
It depends your remote control receiver type. PPM type : 1 input PIN + 4 PWM output PIN; PWM type: 4input PIN + 4 PWM output PIN.
This is very interesting. If we add more than 1500 turns and a bigger cap will the coil charge up the cap faster and the bigger cap hold charge longer?
More coil turns -> charge faster. Bigger cap -> charge longer. Anyway, it depends the actual situation.
hi it is good but why it have three GND's
What questions is this🗿🗿🗿
If these were bigger, could they work for other battery powered things like cheap flashlights?
Yes, but it will be bulky
Hello, does this source code work for attiny 85 also?
Hi, I post the GitHub link below the video description .
Yes it works with attiny 85.
@@dineshvyas dude after uploading the code i am getting error says (A programmer is required to upload) help
Hi, cool project. What was the voltage rating for your motor? Did you use a 1s battery to drive it?
Motor voltage rating is about 1-5V. you are right I use 1S Li-ion battery to drive it.
Merci
Plossl
Did you use baffles and/or flocking?
Yes, a simple paper ring is installed inside.
Imagine putting this on a wii remote, you’ll never run out
Good idea!
Past link to schematic.
Please check out the 0:13 part of the video
Hi, I have some questions. 1. I don't have a voltmeter that can calculate current. May I know how long it will take to charge? 2. May I know long will the "battery" last? Anyway, thanks for your brilliant idea.
Hello, 1. You can refer to the manual document of the super capacitor, there should be a charge-discharge curve on it. 2. Due to the self-discharge of supercapacitor, light use can last one to two weeks. Use Lithium-ion supercapacitor (LIC) with larger capacity and less self-discharge may better.
What formula did you use to get 50k ohms of potentiometer
It looks like those would carry a fraction of a watt-hour combined, but may work for the application. How long does the remote control last under normal usage?
About a week or so, depending on the actual situation. However, the self-discharge characteristics of supercapacitors make it impossible to use for a long time.😀I have found a better way, Will upload video later.
@@DIYQiQi greetings! You said you had a better way. Did you share it yet?
Blinking LED on charger, at 4:50, doesn't mean the caps are charged. This particular charger has no such indication. Blinking means that fail or incomaptible battery is inserted. However I believe, the caps are charged to some point during that few seconds (altough not fully).
Hi DIYQiQi, tell me please what schottky diode you use. Thanks you.
SS14 schottky diode. If your electric motor has higher current, it is recommended to use SS34 or SS54, or even multiple parallel.
@@DIYQiQi I just started to study electrical schematics and components, now I am building a plane with two 8520 motors (3.7 v). Can I ask you to show me what components to add to your circuit in order to connect two 8520 motors and not lose the power of each of the motors. Thank you in advance.
Does it gives 30a esc
If use a larger mosfet tube, it can.
Can invent to shake it to generate energy ? I mean the size of AAA battery with coil inside..
Yes, it can only charge a small capacitor, and it takes a long time to shake it. I don't feel very practical after using it 😅. I'm thinking about other more practical ways.
Can we use AO4466 Mosfet which is a N-Channel Mosfet??
Yes
Will this (the code) work for a standard rc receiver?? Since their pwm range is between 1000-200us
Yes, It can work. It’s written for standard rc receiver Which output 50Hz PWM (duty cycle 1~2ms).
@@DIYQiQi thank you dude 😎
Supercaps have relatively high self- discharge current, limiting their usefullness
lithium-ion capacitor (LIC) has low self-discharge radio, < 5% per month.
Ye konsa telescope h reflecting ya refracting
Who the hell has the time or the skill or the TOOLS or the MONEY to spend to do all this shit? I just want a simple workaround to power these shitty remotes that use unique batteries that are either no longer made or too expensive or replace.
Will it work with an old 4 AA battery flashlight?
Probably not, because the flash consumes a lot of power
After a few flashes, the capacitor's energy is used up.😂
actually the multimeter voltage is accurate than that cheap voltage meter in your power supply.
Of course, multimeter is professional device.
No one wants to measure the voltage with a multi meter every time you turn the potentiometer
You are right. The voltmeter that comes with the power supply does not need to be very accurate. Using a simple voltmeter is enough.
I’m too busy to upload videos 😂, New videos may be uploaded in two or three months.
Hi
Hello 😀
Diagram bro please
Are you stupid she put a diagram at the start of the video
great video, btw 3:50 you are charging with 1.5volt, does it mean it will have 1.5 volt? and if charging it with 5.0volt, it will have 5.0volt? also, can i charge it with handphone charger connecting it directly to the + and - to the battery? will it explode? lol
The remote control max volt is 3V, here using two capacitors, so per cap charging with 1.5V . Super cap max volt is 2.7V, if charging with 5V, it would be damaged. 😅I don't know if it will explode, but you can try😜
It would have been simpler to get pre cut wooden dowels that are the same diameter as a AAA battery. Then cut it in half.
It’s also OK👍
Love from INDIA
Thank you so much!
