  • This video will introduce how to make household remote controls without battery. DO NOT require batteries. The super capacitor can replace the battery to power the remote control. Compared with rechargeable batteries, super capacitor is not only very cheap and environmentally friendly, its raw material composition, production, use, storage and disassembly process are not polluted, so it is an ideal green and environmentally friendly power supply.
The super capacitor can charge and discharge hundreds of thousands of times, which can be said to be an unlimited life, but the charging voltage cannot exceed 2.7V, otherwise, the super capacitor will be damaged. For this, a simple super capacitor charging circuit needs to be made so that the charging voltage of the super capacitor will not exceed 2.7V.
Here I choose the AMS1117 adjustable voltage regulator chip to make a simple super capacitor charging circuit.
remote controllers use disposable batteries, which will pollute the environment after they are discarded. So I came up with this idea to reduce the use of disposable batteries.

Who the hell has the time or the skill or the TOOLS or the MONEY to spend to do all this shit?
I just want a simple workaround to power these shitty remotes that use unique batteries that are either no longer made or too expensive or replace.
