How is the fit and finish of the hood , did you use factory latches , looks like hood pins also , also I couldn't quite get the make of the short shifter, amazing build
Thank you! The fit and finish of the carbon hood is fantastic and we are using the factory latches for it. We have a MGW Short Shifter installed on our Corvette
Did you run the airaid dry sump insert and improved racing baffles for the pan?
We did add baffles to the oil pan and upgrade the dry sump tank. We also added an accusump tank to help keep consistent oil pressure in high G corners.

Do I need to tune my car after?
We have 2 options for the C5 and C6 corvettes to fit every need. Installed this on my 2023 Mustang gt, but now I have a CEL because the car is running lean. I can’t figure out the issue. Everything was install correctly

I run flex fuel and drove from Washington state to New York State. I only found 1 e85 pump in Iowa. There's nothing like feeling the E85 push 856hp to my all wheel drive GTR.
Grab our app, ProFlex Connect, from the AppStore or Google Play. You do not have to have our product to use the app. Our app has an E85 station locator with navigation integration so you can more easily find a station on your route when you are traveling.

Our flex fuel systems allow you to run gas, E85 or any blend of the two. There is no lag time in the adjustments, so you can fill up at either pump anytime you want to and the system instantly adjusts to the changes in the fuel mixture.

Where is the M3?
The M3 has been retired to make room for new toys.
They make flexfuel systems for the TRX and other vehicles so you can run gas or E85 without changing the tune.
So tou didn't fill up with e85..... Because buckees doesnt have it. So the title of this short is a lie 😂
No, the title means that the TRX is fueled by or tuned for E85, not that he is filling it with E85.
Our TRX is fitted with our ProFlex Commander PRO flex fuel system. Ryan was demonstrating that he can fill up with gas when E85 is not available. Sorry for any confusion. We certainly were not trying to mislead.

I've been trying to troubleshoot a lean code issue with you guys for a couple years now but have not gotten to the bottom of it. Have you guys done tests on the mustang for higher ethanol content? Do the Injectors max out at a certain level?
Sorry we missed this comment. Hey, Narek, what year is your Mustang? The stock injectors on all Coyote engines have enough overhead to safely run E85 without an upgrade. We have done a lot of dyno work on this. Is the car tuned? Upgraded? Give me a little more info. Most lean codes we have seen on GTs came from cold air intakes with no tuning to support the upgrade. The MAF on your car is super sensitive and CAIs can cause false lean codes. It is certainly not typical of our system combined with E85 to throw a lean code.
@advancedfueldynamics I have a 2012 boss 302 with no engine modifications at all. I specifically got this kit so I can run e85 without having to tune the car and worry about smog. I've tried many different things but looks like under 50% ethanol content the car is on, once it gets closer to 70% is when it throws the code.
Im itching to do this to mine, just need to get an E station in my town.
What city and state are you in? We have maps with E85 stations. I'll find the closest one. Keep in mind with flex fuel you can run gas when you are not near an E85 pump, so you are never stuck without available fuel.
@@advancedfueldynamics Florida panhandle, Destin area. Closest one is about 120 miles from me. So round trip would be an entire tank of gas lol.
@@casualcombine That's the beauty of the system. you can run gas and put ethanol in whenever you want. No changing your tune or worrying about getting a blend thats not compatible with an E85 tune. If you dont have E85 near by you can still get it in a bucket or barrel and that way you can just run it when you go to the track and not have to worry about draining fuel or switching out.
Does your check engine light come on?
No, there is no check engine light issue with running our system with E85 in the C6 or any other model, for that matter. You won't even know it's there.
Are you going to run this through the dyno?
Our dyno will not do 4WD, but we have loads of dyno data on the 6.2 from running Chargers and Challengers. They have picked up a consistent 65-70wph, bone stock, when running the ProFlex Commander with E85. Our own Challenger Hellcat baselined at 637whp on gas and picked 68 at the wheels, with similar gains in torque. You can expect similar results with the TRX, though there will be a mild reduction based on the parasitic loss through the more complex drivetrain.

I just came across you question. Sorry we missed it. I don't know if you still need an answer, but you can put the ProFlex on your 07 RT in about 45 minutes and safely run gas, E85 or any mix of the two. You will not need any other upgrades or tuning.

Each GM ECU has a different pin position for flex fuel data input. Our instructions include a guide to the proper pin location for each model of ECU.
do you need to upgrade the fuel injectors or the fuel pump? can the stock parts handle the increased fuel delivery?
On a stock car with no aftermarket power adders, the factory injectors and fuel pump have enough capacity to handle full E85 safely. When doing a full build it is common to have to make fuel system upgrades to cover the extra demand. Our car, with over 800whp is running both upgraded injectors and pumps.
Where is the part of the video that shows you how to hook the fuel line into it?
The fuel line set-up is very simply. It's all quick connect. You remove the OE fuel line from the primary fuel rail, insert the sensor into the OE line, put our quick connect line on the other side of the sensor and click the new line onto the fuel rail. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Why doesn’t the apple version show the guage sweep??
What's the feedback loop like?... For example, if I want to go to a PWM controlled brushless pump, could I get more overhead by increasing pressure at the rail with the pump and not retuning or adding an input to the pcm? Ie: is this a piggyback lambda controller? Or more like interpolated maps based on the ECM x E85 content = new output? Would be awesome if it could do lambda or pump pressure without retuning. Makes it easier to find a tuner and tune if you're essentially under the assumption that fuel pressure is fixed at any airflow

You want to run this with a 93 tune
You can do specific tuning for E85 if you want to, but a traditional E85 tune will set the fuel curves to deliver more fuel, which is what the flex fuel system does, so that part of the tuning process is eliminated. Most people with flex fuel systems do not tune specifically for E85 because it does not make a significant difference in power compared to a pump gas tune, and you will essentially marry your car to E85, which defeats the purpose of flex fuel, which is the ability to run gas, e85 or any mix of the two anytime you wish.

Does my car have to already be a flex fuel car? My 2016 Scatpack has 44k miles and is not flex fuel. I'm worried about my fuel pump going out if I run more than 15% ethanol or is that not true? I get so confused. 😩
All of your fuel system components are ethanol compatible from the factory. However, your factory MOPAR computer is not capable of managing the fuel for E85. Installing our system adds that capability without tuning, and you can run gas, e85 or any mix of the two safely. We dyno test and certify the fuel systems in each vehicle we make a kit for, so we know your Scat has enough injector and fuel pump to safely handle e85. Unless you have big power adders like long tubes headers, a very thumpy cam or forced induction you can just add our system and roll with e85 in yoru Scatty.
