The Newport Community Center is a very nice facility and you can't beat the $1 fee! I think it's great you are providing free training on how to play pickle ball! I'll help get the word out to the ITH residents.

Hey Robert. we chatted several months ago. Happy that you are moving to Newport permanently. Well all my prayers were answered. I was able to buy an esp RJO in March and have moved from North Central Florida to Bean Station Tennessee. I absolutely love it here minus the hail storm we had last week. I hope to get to meet you someday soon when Im in Newport. Safe travels.

I suggest some box woods srubs around front of home so it’s not so bare. Maybe Hosta’s & Varigated Monkey Grass. No upkeep when you not there. The Mini Boxwoods best. These are all best plants in Mt. Area and local Vern’s are magnificent. Just local rain. Outside railing. The strong wire railing looks very neat. It’s like very think wire and u make several strings across.. depending how high you want it. No upkeep vs wood. Usually it’s black. It’s also done as loft protection too.

Just in time for the heat and humidity in Tennessee. Beware of ticks. I know two people who have had Rocky mountain spotted fever. Its no joke!!

What was the total cost you had to pay the people you mentioned that helped you for their projects they helped you with?

The lot should of been fixed by ITH since that should be included in the infrastructure!! Why would tenants have to pay for loads and loads of gravel when it was stated on several videos before grove was put in that the lots will be really nice and you won’t have to do anything to your lot other than plant flowers etc.

Tempered glass would be nice for the loft railing. I wouldn’t think it would cost that much for such a small area. Glass would make the loft feel open and would be beautiful and you could have it etched with a nice design. Good luck on your move!!

You are doing such a good job on your tiny house for a young fellow .🎉 maybe a ladder that hangs on the wall, to take down when you need it..I agree with one of the other subscribers would love to watch you interviewing other companions on the Grove. We got to meet some of them when Randy had time. All th best to you. Do you still go to your brother's. I can't remember if you had 2 tinies, one at the Grove and one at your brothers.

why did you settle on a tiny home versus living in your van?

Hi, yes it can be a removal ladder when not in use and hung where you wanted the first one or a library type rooling side to side. Take your time and enjoy as you go. Thank you for sharing let's see more later. By now
