All that open land and you are choosing to fly right by the guys property line and on several passes actually go over his property line at very low elevation. Just because there are not laws yet that say this is illegal, doesn't mean there won't be in the future. It only takes one bad apple to ruin this hobby for the rest of us. Maybe you should be a little more considerate of people's privacy before enough angry people get together and call for laws and regulations that will ruin the hobby for everyone.

Drone pilots have gotta learn what pilots of manned aircraft have known for a long time: Don't annoy the neighbors, or they WILL SHUT YOU DOWN! That's why airports have noise regulations, take off and landing corridors and etc. There are more of them than there are of you, and they DO attend city council meetings. Be nice to the neighbors wherever you fly.

ummm i have been flying for years you are breaking every AMA rule...flying over public roads flying withing 50 yards on a home your the reason they are cracking down on fpv and rc flying in general keep it up and ruin the hobby for others...if you dont think your flight path was very irresponible than you DEFINETLY SHOULD NOT BE FLYING

You flew very close to the house, parked car in front, and over the fence and into his yard many times; also way too low and close over the trucks parked at the cull de sac. We are not supposed to fly in proximity to property including vehicles. I'm not perfect as an RC pilot, but I'm working always to do my very best to make sure I'm following the accepted RC flying safety rules. Other than those things it was great flying and video, in fact it got me interested in flying RC Planes years ago when the video was posted.

np matter what type of "aircraft" you were flying, the flying object was way too close to the road most of the time and was a dangerous road hazard. Permission or not, you were flying much too low in a residential area, for safety reasons, and perhaps for legal reasons as well, although the legal issue is out for the youtube jury to decide

Honestly if you are not flighty low and are under the 400 feet limit I doesn’t see a problem. I higher you flight while still being under 400 the less they can hear it also unless you are carrying an action cam there isn’t really a chance someone would say you are spying out them because of the low resolution of the camera plus the static from analog fpv makes it basically impossible to spy lol only a clown would say that plus on top of that these drones and planes you a ton of noise you they can throw out spying all together

People should be wary of Camera rcs flying over head.

I would say its probably not wise to fly that low over streets and structures that far away. But im safe to a fault. great flying otherwise!

people complain too much, I was flying a emax tinihawk, its a 1s tinywhoop, and an angry neighbor came to my house to complain and to tell me that it was illegal (it wasn’t, its a 60 gram drone for fuck sake) and he left when he realized I was well informed on the law

Your rights end when other’s are infringed upon. Don’t be a dick. People live out in the country to get away from harassing morons. Your neighbors need to play with some of their birdshot.

Which plane is the fastest?

So I worked a K9 for years in back country and this would be great to scan those low probability areas. Quick scan of the area that is lower then a heli and cost is cheep.
