I don't know how I got so lucky. I rescued our 1st 10 yrs ago. He was the only cat for 9 years. I truly thought he didn't want it any other way. He showed anger towards other cats. My daughter saved a kitten from the wall of an abandoned home and snuck her in. The house was demolished days later. Her friend took the other kittens, none of which survived. The mom was hit by a car. Then we bought a house, got her fixed and shots literally the day we moved as she was trying to escape. A week later we found a litter of 4 abandoned kittens under the shed of the new home. It was kitten season. Nobody wanted them and I wasn't willing to separate 2 duos cause they were so bonded. Ended up keeping them all, got them fixed. Most recently rescued a disabled kitten with swimmers syndrome. None of our 7 cats/kittens fight. Its crazy. Im so thankful. They are all perfect and I hear that keeping littermates can be problematic sometimes. You should do a video on littermates ♡

The stretching is iffy with my cat. Every time she see me she goto her scratch post after she done she heads but her toys next. She'll attack your ankles if you ignore her request. If you play with her then your ankles are safe. Other than that she a very chilled loving lady.

That’s great. Now explain the “eye stripe”, the strip that most cats have running from the corner of their eyes to their cheeks. Even completely black cats have this stripe sometimes, it can be seen under the right light.

Door pawing: if you're using the bathroom, they want attention and hate they're not in there with you. However, if they sit outside and wait, they're protecting you. They see this as a "vulnerable" moment, and want to protect you. Also, if they turn their back to you when laying down next/around you, it's another version of showing their belly. They trust you to, literally have their back while being able to look forward/around to protect you.

I must be part cat because I have a primordial pouch too!

Our Tuxie was SEVERELY over-grooming about 3 yrs ago. We had an outbreak of fleas, probably because at that time, one of our cats still went outdoors in the daytime. No cats like being bitten and usually scratch themselves like fiends if they have fleas, but it turned out that Tuxie was actually allergic to flea bites -- and can't wear a flea collar because she's allergic to the chemicals in them. We made the decision that a vet was required, but it was late at night when we decided that. Fortunately we had some Feline CBD, so we gave her a few drops, which calmed her down enough to be able to wait till the next day. The vet gave her a steroid injection and an antibiotic because some of her bloody over-licked welts were infected, and I think she also had a few days worth of sedatives, to keep her calm while she healed. Thankfully that was the last flea-festation we've had.

yeah my cat doesnt nibble or taste test... she rips my hand to shreads... infact she will lay next to me turn her belly to me and tease me with it... knowing how insanely soft it is (shes the softest silkiest kitty ive ever touched) .... so i touch her belly... and little bit ... here comes the bites and claws and man she rips in hard.

There’s a person my kitten does not like this person and doesn’t trust him so he will stand between us and if comes closer he will hiss, and takes form to attack. He’s more like my guard (dog)

Our newest cat to the family avoids us like the plague etc only comes towards us during food time or to sleep on the cat tower in the bedroom ever since we adopted him as a kitten he's been terrified I really hate how videos like this don't explain this fear Genetic disorder... our oldest is fine around us.... and they want $400 upfront for a cat specialist or $1,200 for a damn cat specialist in person that studies cat behavior

I walked on top of a fence the other day, trying to keep my balans. When I fell off I noticed that my GF's cat walked the fence behind me. Made my day!

My parents had one cat that left and moved in with someone else in the neighborhood 😔....hurt their feelings really but idk if it was them or the dog or the other cats they owned that influenced her to leave

Yeah, I love my cat and she loves me. She also has the ability to vomit her hairballs like an army mortar team across the room with accuracy. Shoes, grocery bags, clean laundry, I feel the love.

They: * can mimic the actions of their humans * can act dramatic * need to be taken care of * love to play (on ice too) * have feelings just like humans * can love/hate cuddles * are naturally curious * can be taught different things * get into mischief * can sometimes test yout limits * can be very smart * can be needy/clingy * throw tantrums * want to sleep with you * need to be fed regularly * want to eat your food too * want/love to be the center of attention * can get excited to see you come home * can get excited when going to see Grandma/Grandpa * can get excited to go to the park * can be stubborn and not listen * can love/hate going to the Dr's (vet) * have accidents * need to be potty trained * go to daycare * can love/hate baths * wake you in the middle of the night * run to you when scared * don't always look before crossing the road ... just like a toddler. Did I miss anything? lol My only kids are my feline furbabies. :-)

Primordial Pouch wild cats and domestic cats can have this some more noticeable than others, survival instinct that plays in creating it.

When my little ginger kitty, Sunseera, was still alive, she was always affectionate. She greeted me when I got home and followed me to different rooms. She was my sweety. I miss her so much.

My boy does pretty much all of these when I’m around. My partner says he gets excited when he hears the car drive in the garage. His tail is always up when I come downstairs. He always sleeps on my dressing gowns. He always flips over onto his back and lets me pat his stomach. He also just sits & stares at me lol.
