I had a repeat of last weeks workout➡️ 2x50m (on the curve) 6-8 minutes between each rep 1x150 (12-15 minute rest after) 1x250m (15-20 minute rest after) 1x150m to finish out Focus on Mechanics while faitgued! 2 200m (between 24-25 second reps) 15 minute rest in between rep 2 150m (17-19 second reps) 10 minute rest between rep 2 100m (between 11-12 second reps) 6-8 Minute Rest between reps This All at about 85% ( was laid out on that track a few times 😂) . Working full time it can be hard to find the time to train. I often use my lunch break to do sprints. Want to do some track meets next season.

Thanks Rowan, I just completed this workout and I enjoyed it a lot. I got quite a sweat up. The most difficult move was the push ups with weight tap. I did not do this as I am rubbish at push ups. I did a dumbbell floor press instead. It is one of my new year resolution to improve my push ups. Have a great day and weekend.
