    The goal for my current training regimen is all about developing as much athleticism as possible. That means I focus more on how my body is producing! Maximum output and efficiency!
    My Upper Body Work for STRENGTH + POWER is as follows⬇️
    Block A
    Barbell Floor Press 5 sets by 5 reps (each set should be a weight increase
    Med ball slams 5x8 (all about tempo and power! Burn them out)
    Block B
    TRX Y Raises 4x12 (aim to push through the entire round consecutively)
    KB Gorilla Row 4x5 each side (Total the reps out by making sure you are even on both sides. Weight should be a heavier set.)
    Block C
    Incline Chest Press 3x12 (moderate weight. Focus on getting the reps in.)
    Chest Supported Row 3x12 (moderate weight. Focus on getting the reps in.)
    Block D
    Inverted Row 2 sets to FAILURE
    Elevated Push Ups 2 sets to FAILURE
    (This is block is all about leaving it all out on the floor🔥)
