    Working full time it can be hard to find the time to train. I often use my lunch break to do sprints. Want to do some track meets next season.

      I feel you on that! Its all about finding what works best for your schedule! Start planning for those meets! If you’re like me, it motivated me to lock in on some things so I was ready to rock n roll! No better time than right now ✊🏾🔥
