  • Solid week of training! I had a repeat of last weeks workout➡️
    2x50m (on the curve) 6-8 minutes between each rep
    1x150 (12-15 minute rest after)
    1x250m (15-20 minute rest after)
    1x150m to finish out
    Focus on Mechanics while faitgued! Its all about a strong finish🏃🏾‍♂️🔥💨
