Abstrakt Music Lab is a place where you'll find tips and tricks for electronic music producers of all levels. Mixing, Mastering, Sound Design, Arrangement, Composition, Music Business, we'll get you covered anywhere you need!
As a musician and music producer for the past 10 years and with releases on Armada, Enhanced, Sony, and many other labels, you'll get information from a music producer just like you.
I will use Ableton Live in my videos, but I'll mainly focus on teaching the concepts of what you need to do rather than Ableton-specific techniques.

Great question... you can do whatever you want. A reference is just a guide, and you can do a detour. But i'm sure there are other references that such qualities Personally, i would only not go far away from the reference. i just want to point out that these are not just grooves with hooks and layers... its a fully interlocking layered song with a psychological relevance and organic impact. You are not the sum of your parts. Music is not a sum of parts but more like a plant that sprouts from a seed. Just saying. thats what killed edm and trap and what makes this stuff exciting.. LESS FORMULA = MORE ORIGINAL

6 - 7 mins is a normal dance track
Ahnnn.. nowadays it's more around 5-6 mins, but that is considering the extended.. so in the dancefloor it will probably be 3-4 mins.. Parabéns pelo tutorial. Cheguei nesse vídeo pois estou buscando um caminho do meio para minhas produções. Para mim, os componentes de harmonia e melodia do Tinlicker o destaca da maioria dos outros artistas na cena, por exemplo. Gosto muito de aspectos que trazem groove e energia no Melodic Techno e Prog House, porém certos recursos de storytelling do gênero tem me cansado muito - como os leads off-grid ou os excessos da estética Afterlife, enquanto que as músicas que seguem a linha Mango Alley são demasiado longas. Evidentemente, existe coerência estética dentro desses estilos, mas sinto falta da exploração musical que passei a reparar no Melodic House.

It depends on your deal, but I'd say 25-50% of the royalties. And then that also depends on the amount of plays you have in your song
