Private Jet to Germany! Cockpit Flight in the Phenom 300
Просмотров 249 тыс.Год назад
Welcome back! Join me in the Cockpit of the Embraer Phenom 300E for this flight from Oxford (UK) to Bremen (Germany). I managed to get the maximum altitude of Flight Level 450 for this trip, with a true airspeed of 450 knots. The flight time being just over 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even thought the weather was good at both ends I elected to take the ILS for runway 27 at Bremen. The aircraft had t...

Flying through the Mountains - Salzburg to Innsbruck

VFR flight through the Alps from Salzburg Airport (LOWS) to Innsbruck Airport (LOWI). Amazing weather for mountain flying, with clear skies, high pressure and light winds (although I did catch a few bits of turbulence around the higher terrain). Aircraft was De-Iced in the morning but unfortunately I missed a bit on the windscreen (which was actually out of my eye line). Smooth departure headin...

Part 3 of 4. IFR Flight from Vestmannaeyjar (BIVM) to Egilsstadir (BIEG). Flight was delayed by an hour due to thick fog at Egilsstadir. The weather was patchy and changing rapidly all day. A pretty smooth 1 hour 20 minute flight to an instrument approach (ILS) a...

Are you back?
Pilots flying in shorts might gives an impression of being more casual in attitude, I am sure wrongly ?
Very wrong.
Gaaaay
Rocket Ship ;)
Very cool! Beautiful machine.
@27:44 I can see my house, and I walk my dogs in the big field (Booker Rec).
If you pause at 18:04. On the underwing shot you will see a large piece of tarmac going into fields with a white circle. That is the Southeastern end of the former runway at Croydon Airport, with part of a taxiway coming off. I believe the runway used to extend across the fields and a little way into the buildings, now the Roundshaw Estate
Amazing aircraft!
I wish I had done this when I was younger.
Does a helicopter have trim controls?
The procession starting at 10:26 is pretty AWESOME!
RUclips recommend this for me to watch. The algorithm came through big time! I typically don't watch videos all the way from start to finish, but I have to say, I did here! This was absolutely amazing to watch. Excellent behind the scenes as an F1 fan & Aviation enthusiast (also RUclips channel 😅). Very interesting to see the 'stack' take place on departure even with traffic short-short final. They ATCO done a great job getting all a/c cleared in that very short space of time. Question, you disabled your ACAS, is that just so that it doesn't go nuts with such close proximity? Great video, and im now a subscriber! 🙂
Great video Richard the ground controller at Silverstone is a friend of mine - He works at Southend.
Perfect camera placement and really informative! Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
Appreciate all of the talking through you did. Which, I guess, must feel like you are talking to yourself when you made it!
I know AirVenture is busiest Airport in the world, not sure if thats just fixed wings or if rotor craft is included in that. But this was a great video.
Busiest heliport of all time was at Da Nang, Vietnam at the height of the Vietnam war.
I am a Pilot. I just felt compelled to mention that)))
That thing empty accelerates like a racecar :)
imagine being this rich that you have a big house and a flippin helicopter in the garden. love to see it
Hmmm no synthetic vision
World’s busiest heliport is Aberdeen (Dyce)
Very cool piloting....head up, looking out all the time...Impressive video.
Superbly bSeautiful
FL450 IS SICK, woww
flight control is absolutely klling it
what’s the range of this one 450nm?
VLJ Perfection. Love the speed and RofC
10:17 - I don't know why, but this entire part makes me so happy, one after another, all out, all orderly. Very nice! As someone who's tried to fly a helicopter in MSFS... It makes this 100x more impressive!
love it like the passengers dont even bother to look once at the heli that has just got them there, probably too rich to give a fuck
Fantastic video, thanks for sharing.
That takeoff was STEEEEEEP!!!!!!! LMAO 20 Degrees is wild. love the flight
you toggle so many switches to take off and there is so many in the cockpit, how do you remember/know which ones to hit and when and what they all do
Very cool video mate!
When he says "NR comes back" and I hear the reduction in the turbine... what is happening there?
Great Video! Quick question, do you then fly it back? or how does that work with charting an aircraft?
Discovered your channel from Stefan Drury. Awesome videos!
Does your bird have Auto- autorotation?
Why do your ATC calls not match the tail number?
An epic for aspiring Helicopter preneurs.
Ha, just had the honor to follow your flight here. Amazingly well done, your calmness is adorable. If you dont know you are in Germany, you hear it on the accent 😆.
nope this isn't the busiest Heliport in the world
My brother I will correct you on one thing it’s pronounced: “fee-nom”. Trust me I work for em 😊
Good to meet you at Leicester today
Hi Cap...big time enjoyed my 1st 2 flights with you..1 hummingbird & this gorgeous fixed winged.. You add a lot to understanding the term admirable' for we all can benefit much to experience a super polite- focused & well prepared individual..I'll a fan of all who ate highly focused, and talented at openly & richly sharing..way to go & my deep appreciation! I will adopt more of these characteristics thanks to you🎠 Sincerely & my best to you ..keep high ! Canyon in Carmel Valley Ca. US. Cheers bro !
Pretty cool! Not the busiest heliport though. I've flown in and out of Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the EDC music festival. 12 helipads which we used to deliver over 5000 passengers to the EDC music festival in just three days. And we did it without a controller, communicating internally. Was pretty insane.
Love watching, but have a hard time understanding a lot of what he is saying. This Southern boy just can’t get through his accent . 😉
Rich is an ace! Need more new content pls & thanks.
Very inspirational video. Love to watch your travel to my native country of Iceland. As I child and young man I dreamt about doing this kind of flying. However, aircraft design and development got the better of me. That said, your videos bring back those memories. Thank you for sharing this experience.
Watch closely and you’ll realise how little he looked outside to the right… seemingly not at all !!
