In th U.S. when i was a kid some 30 yrs ago we would find morels 12-16" in height. I have not seen these in years. I belive strains are over harvested killing them out. Every so often you hear of a mega.

Good progress

If I was to try this imo you have to have the grass growing and no sterilize of dirt even or i guess u could sterilize it but i dont think it would matter.. then i would think a spray of spores.. let grow with normal sun conditions like spring day times and cool spring environment and they should pop but thats a lot of work i can see
