In th U.S. when i was a kid some 30 yrs ago we would find morels 12-16" in height. I have not seen these in years. I belive strains are over harvested killing them out. Every so often you hear of a mega.
Now that mankind has figured out how to cultivate it. I wonder how much longer before China and other countries who don’t care for patent laws, will reverse engineer, copy the process and eventually allow the common person to grow their own morels.
