Normally, I'd say Jake's sins are his own, but not really. I mean, yes, he's an adult and knows what he's doing but he also was forced into this in a horrible way. Every subsequent sin Jake commits is the brother's fault and he should carry that weight knowing he created this monster. You don't get to hurt someone like that, have your cake, and eat it too. He's now learning, as they all are, that you'll eat that cake until you choke on it. Jake's just gonna keep shoveling it in their cake holes. Does it make right that Jake is ruthless and ruining lives? No. Does it make sense that he's doing it? Yes. Sadly, yes. And let's not forget the fiancee' and her somewhat blase' attitude.
