      This is technically a normal video and the video ratio is set for tiktok/yt lay out. I set this intentionally because a lot of people love to listen/watch on the field. Also when you play you don't have to flip side ways

    OP could have offered to help get them back on track for an exorbitant fee, then just rolled back all the changes that broke things, and told them they had all the notes, so that’s as good as you could do for

    If you make a program in company time for the company, it is property of the company and therefore it was not stolen.
    Thet they mistreated the employee(s) is a whole different story.

    Honestly Sounds like a AI stick, "Initial consult fee to determine scope is X per hour min Y hours, to give a report as a consult then withou reveiling my trade secrets give a broad overview quote with a experdiated urgency pricing scale as per customers needs"

    Some many of these stories finish off with the same tenor. The CEO gets involved to clear things up, but that's just repeating the issue at an escalated level. Steve and Clair where A problem they were THE problem. The CEO's there like "I had no idea", okay but it's there job to know. Will the CEO resign in disgrace, nope. OP made the right decision.
