    What happens if I have a machine like this in the gym but it only has the neutral grip, not the prone grip, it is no longer as effective?

      The neutral grip would be still okay to do for mid back bias (pulling towards the bottom of the chest) But may not be suitable to bias upper back

    Ok i made three ice creams with this machine, i certainly didn’t eat but a little of one of the containers, put all three in freezer after making into ice cream, pulled one out the next day and completely FROZEN again!!! None of the three were ice cream the next day WTF!!!

    The way you make it makes it end up way too melted. You should've just added the oreos while it was powdery, and the heat from the mix-in and the cookies would've been enough to smoothen out the ice cream without turning it into a slushy.

    Microgainz is faster because I have powerblocks . With magnet addons, I’d have to take the selected weight out of the cradle and then put the magnets on. Great find tho

    Rotating your hands does nothing to shift focus to other areas in the triceps. That’s simply not how they attach…

      I usually check if any fitness coach is saying the truth by checking for increased tension on whatever muscle they say will get biased. When i pronate my grip forcefully, my lateral tricep head contracts similarly to force supinating bicep curls.

      Glad I could help.This way does take more setup than single arm/stack. A good alternative are flat bench curls and just made a tutorial on those as well.

    I am not a certified strength coach or physical therapist and even I know this exercise is trash. First off laying horizontal like that and extending the arm in that position with a load is asking for hyperextention of the elbows, second there is no real stretch in the Bicep in that laying position bc the arm is not getting behind the body not that you would want to get it that far behind the body laying that way bc it will tear your shoulder up. And lastly, when you curl the weight up to the top, your bicep is not getting any resistence bc your forearm is completely vertical so your just holding the weight straight up with zero tension on the bicep. The Incline dumbbell bench press is much better bc you lay back just enough to get a full stretch on the bicep in a safe position and get a contraction at the top

    I’ve heard that the hump in the middle of the frozen tub can ruin a machine! The trick is to freeze the tub for about an hour before you put the lid on and it should stay flat
