Sorry but the acting from her in this episode was SO bad

You know what? I LIKE Q. Sure, he's annoying and inconvenient for our heroes, be they Picard or Mariner, but you have to remember he's also basically omnipotent. The fact that he chooses to be annoying and not lethal - even when they basically insult him directly to his face - shows a level of restraint I don't think most godlike beings would demonstrate. He may be a bit aloof about it, but he pulls all his shenanigans in good fun. Well, most of them. Also, people can gripe about Season 2 of Picard all they want (I'll always love Borgati no matter what and I still don't understand why they ignored her existence for the S3 finale), but seeing Q unsure of his own future as his powers failed him was actually a really great moment. Obviously it could use with some more explanation, but it served to humanize the character in a way.

This is embarrassing. Why do people like this show? How do people get mad about Star Trek canon in Discovery and SNW but embrace this show?

It's amazing, it's perfect. It's like everything bad about every modern cartoon for "adults" distilled down into a toxic, miasma and blasted through the vents of a federation ship's life support system. To the result being perfectly summarized in a clip so bland out of context and terrible, that not even John Delancey could make it funny. It's actually emblematic. I think the Cardassians torturing Picard were just beaming this drek into his head.

That last second of this clip (3:53) is absolutely sending me. The way it just cuts out is hysterical

The power of the concept of 'Obfuscating Stupidity'. Remember, as dumb as Pakleds appear to be, you can't exactly be a total idiot to get a ship into deep space. The 'wounded gazelle gambit' is their go-to obfuscation, but it fails the litmus test if you stop and ask yourself: "Wait a minute... How did guys this dumb even BUILD this brick? Let alone pilot it into space?"

I really like the way it cuts off before the ending.... just like a briken ancient computer would do....
