Cool vid to watch for me. I’ve been focusing on strength for the last 10 months with Chloe. Before that I was doing a program with a little strength and mostly hypertrophy / body building. I think that’s what made me feel initially like the strongman volume was low proportionally and pushed a bit hard on some new motions and training which lead to some pains but now that I understand the diff the practice trying to do more reps / higher weight seems to be an asset again and tenacity helps with many events. Click!

Seems like a really good coach. Knows your potential more that you do yourself and very straightforward.
