Really great advice on how to train for Strongman. A lot of useful information to keep in mind while training--especially if you don't have access to a strongman gym! I noticed that your production value on these videos is getting better, Chloe! Nice lighting, editing, and just a very sound video all around!

Everything you said makes sense. Great advice. I do not train Strongman, but I do train my body. Today I heard of "front loaded good mornings" for the first time, and I just might try those out.
    Train hard, stay safe 👍☀️👍

Watch videos of the drills used in American football. They work on strength, agility, and speed. Keep doing them and you have endurance. They have some specialized equipment, but if you're in North America you might be able to use the equipment from a local team or school - at least for most of the year.
