Thank you for this video, I am 64 and started lifting weights and stones three months ago. I have been lifting stones that guard signs outside shops. Last time I was asked if I was all right.
Loved the vid although Matt and Gus in the missionary position at the end was disturbing!!!!! Just checked my diary and heading from The Highlands to visit my daughter in Cheshire on the 4th Aug so will miss it which is a bugger. Love your channel Chloe, keep smashing it.
I commend the courage it took to even attempt some of these lifts, even when he was right there. The biggest hurdle in this type of heavy lifting is getting over the fear.
Regarding other women, I don't think you'll ever be able to land her anytime soon because she lives mostly in Hawaii and you live in England Chloe, but seeing a collab between you Claire Thomas would be amazing since your styles are completely different and would be cool to see how well she handles you exercises and vice versa.
