@@joshuataylor5751 The feel of the show at many times, when it feels like a medieval fantasy in a way, makes me forget for a moment, then you see things like ships, robots, phones and what-not, cause there are really many scenes away from those kinds of things, if you don't count the weapons which you can finds things like that even in worlds that don't have the rest sometimes, tho I really did think that Ironwood has just augments and not replaced limbs or something like that, and I do really want to see someone hit Mercury really hard and never think about his legs

As a random side note, I find it funny that you can't Google "knuckles" on Google Images and get normal human knuckles anymore, but Knuckles the Hedgehog instead, also someone recommended a short fan film about Knuckles that I also want to watch eventually, but a more dedicated lore thing... I do not really remember if someone recommended one of those before, or what to watch otherwise for it, but I would be interested in that

@VithLiahain you know, now that you mentioned it, I should recommend a knuckles video for you to watch! It basically gives more in depth about the character and what he went through in games. When the time is right, I'll let you know! Also, Knuckles is an echidna, not a Hedgehog.

That's interesting, the fact that Marvel and DC do not work the same way in that regard, I'm assuming that what you mean for DC is that there are all kinds of stories in different universes or timelines that do not fall in the canon one(s?) but can be somewhere still, but why does it not work that way for Marvel too?

Its a great video along with the return of the primarch roboute guilliman and the arks of omen, angron Mortarion and magnus have returned to the lore and tabletop, gje emperor is starting to wake up, and theres a new tyranids hive fleet habe appeared on the other side of the galaxy, khorne have corrupted some sisters of battle and primaris marines... corvus corax have become an raven demon waiting outside lorgar house to fuck him up, theres also a new faction of aeldari that helped with the return of roboute guilliman and trying to awaken their elder god of the dead Ynnead, they found another way to bring him back that doesn't involve every elder dying by collecting 5 crone swords, they have 4 out of 5 but the last one is inside the palace of slaanesh inside the realm of slaanesh past the 5 levels of seduction? Im not sure but somewhere on RUclips a video have stated that the golden throne is starting to fail and no one knows how to repair ir or maintain it

I enjoy the things I react to (also a big chunk of them are recommended by commenters), and I enjoy yapping, so to me they are not a waste of time, and neither are they to apparently a number of people, tho it is not hard to move on from something YOU don't like so good luck with whatever it is you are looking for

I will actually finally start reading the manga myself very soon so I guess I will get to see for myself how far and how dark it goes, I am so excited, and I can't wait to see how many things in it will make me mortified !

Hair dye huh, the father... I mean, it would make more sense that way if he married into the family, than just randomly being a matching appearance guy if he was not originally part of the family, I mean there are always chances but the hair being dyed would also make sense, also Klein is a very intriguing character, tho after seeing the dwarves from Fables (they are messed up), I cannot help but feel uneasy about this guy too

With how many worlds they have, and how many places already depend on outside import for food and other stuff, I guess it makes sense for Terra to do it too, it's so messed up tho to think about how it used to look and how it ended up

Amish Eldar, that is certainly kinda funny if you think about it, considering that Eldar basically reached utopia at some point, and now a part of them just became like Amish, part of them became the worst things ever, part of them are barely struggling to survive, and so on, tho I wonder so many things about those Exodites, like what they strive for, what they worship, what they think about the situation with Slaanesh, what they are like, and more

@@VithLiahain I'd recommend Who are the Eldar Exodites by Scholars Lore, I'd simply describe them in their beliefs as craftworld Eldar but more hardcore, craftworlds want to return to their utopia minus the debauchery, Exodites shun nearly all of their technology and want to revert even further back to a more tribalistic lifestyle. The only reason u might not hear a lot about them is because they don't have any models or their own faction in the game

Whitley is a funny name for a guy who looks all white, also I did think that Pyrrha looked a bit weird but I thought it was just her new model being weirder than the rest, but it is even weirder if it is actually her old one and it felt weird because it is different than the rest now

@@VithLiahain 'Schnee' means 'snow' in German, so her name is actually 'White Snow'...which is a clear reference to 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves'. Plus, the logo of the 'Schnee Dust Company' is a snowflake, so that checks out.

There isn't much lore on the Xenos? I feel like I just dipped my toes in what there is available so far, but is there generally not that much? That would be surprising to me, considering they take such a big chunk of the universe

Well there is lore but GW never utilize them much often. There is a lot of moments of GW mentioning some big Xeno threat then leave it and never say anything about it especially during the crusade era. Some of Xenos got erased but some are still kicking in modern 40k holding grudge against the imperium for destroying their planets. And what bugs me the most the Xeno factions who join chaos are never shown despite how massive is the galaxy. And I feel like this because I have been into the lore for almost 2 years so the theme of humans always at the center of everything overshadowing the other cooler stuff in 40k

@@ChadTalos Well, you know how it is, many people want humanity to be at the center of everything so we get a lot of that, but very true that the galaxy is so big and there are so many things in it, as I said before I don't know how far stories go, but I feel like the possibilities are endless for so many kinds of stories to be made, around so many kinds of species and worlds

Volume 4 feels to me like a whole new era of the show, like walking into a new age where there are new possibilities that opened up by the ending of Volume 3, and I cannot wait to see what they do with them !

@@VithLiahain It is. Its a mutation called the Pariah Gene that causes a person to have no psychic presence in the warp making them souless. Because of this they produce a negative field that calms the warp around them. This can dampen psychic powers or even shut them down. Demons get weaken and normal psykers go mad and usually fall into a fit of seizures. This is why demons, Eldar, and psykers are terrified of them. Normal people will usually feel either ill, fear, or just be uncomfortable in some way unless they are around a really strong blank. This is because that calming effect in the warp kinda disconnects you from your soul. So the stronger the blank the worse it gets. Fun fact : Humans are the only race that has the Pariah Gene mutation.

There's so many special ops operations that do messed up things as objectives or in the process of whatever they are doing, but it is indeed still very messed up that they killed a child, I wonder if they even knew from the start who was supposed to be there or if they had no idea a child was involved, also I guess the murals thing makes sense then, as weird as it scientifically sounds to move from a lizard to a hedgehog for that research, and in the fight with Vegeta, which I haven't seen yet, Shadow did have a point, didn't he? Plus, after what I've seen of him, him calling someone a faker, or calling someone a faker back, sounds totally on brand, tho I have to say, do not apologize for long comments, it is not a problem at all

That first show you mentioned looks so heckin' weird, Scooby-Doo in that artstyle is so weird haha, and that thing about Scooby being an alien, I feel like that's a pretty interesting fact, how come the fandom doesn't really care about that? And about the last part of the comment, I stopped after reading "second time" just in case there's anything spoiler-y about a DEATH BATTLE I haven't seen yet

Wow that's so cool, I've seen some 4th wall breaks and stuff which impressed me before, but this is a whole different kind of concept that I find so interesting and neat, I can't even imagine the kind of battles two beings of that power would have, like, if you can bend reality to your will, you know the battle will be trippy as hell

Kinda true in the end, isn't it? So many people die and eventually are forgotten, some are remembered for longer but most not for that long, but some fictional characters could be remembered forever for all we know, such a nice 4th wall breaking existential touch in a comic

@@VithLiahain Yeah, he was really good at Marvel, some of his best work was writing Daredevil and Spider-Man, and I think that may be the issue, he's really good at writing for street level characters, but Superman is so much more that it may be part of why his writing wasn't really working. You can actually see that theory in action while he was at DC because he was tasked to make a Batman mini series, and it was great, and Batman is also mostly a street level character

@@grimrobin696 Actually a great way to look at it, if he is used to make smaller scale stories, then having to do one of the biggest scale ones would bring a pretty huge change in everything, even the example you mentioned makes it make sense, trying new things is not bad but I guess if you are good at *something*, that doesn't always mean you will be good at another something too

@@VithLiahain well the show core premise is how clothes shape our society and self expression and have become more than just fabric that protects us against the elements on a more serious side it is a critique of facism and specifically the Japanese government not wanting teach about their many many MANY horrific crimes committed during WW2

@@VithLiahain So there were two murals Gerald Robotnik researched along with ancient ruins in the process of project shadow, first was the mural in Sonic 3 and Knuckles as I explained before, the other mural was in Sonic Adventure where Sonic after the player goes his 9th stage in game called "Lost World" a cutscene follows where Sonic himself is observing a mural of a water creature, the mural in Sonic Adventure along with researching ancient ruins belonging to the echidnas, Knuckles' people lead Gerald into making the Biolizard before Shadow the Hedgehog along with some alien assistance.

Makes you wonder what is going on outside of the Milky Way tho, cause if there is a large scale invasion or already occupation of the Tyranids in places around, maybe they would have eventually found the Milky Way anyway, but just later, or what about the Tyranid stuff they found throughout the galaxy that is actually old, implying that they visited it already in the past, maybe they were scouts and an invasion was going to happen anyway once it was studied enough? I dunno, I am just making theories at this point but it does make you wonder...

​@@VithLiahain The Tiranids are showing up only now because their way of travelling faster than light is shit. A hive fleet needs a specialised bio-ship to travel from one sistem to the next. This ship basically allows the entire fleet to travel at incredible speed. They do NOT use the Warp to travel. This method also has some drawbacks, most importantly they need to stop travelling at that speed before entering the system, because they risk to crash into the sun or one of the planets, so most Tiranids movements are like 99% travelling at an incredible speed and the remaining 1% going at a normal ship speed. This last part could take them years so their method of travelling is way safer than Warp travel but also a lot slower.

@@rubenspaziano6959 Interesting, I dunno why it reminds me a bit of Mass Effect 3 with the Leviathans taking a while to arrive, but it's not quite the same thing, but I do find this whole thing quite fascinating, I want to watch a lore video on the Tyranids and learn more about them, I know they are more straightforward than many other species but I am curious

​@@VithLiahain Tiranids are only really effective while they are controlled by the hive mind, this is why all those tiranids bio-forms that lived on the planets mentioned in the video haven't taken and consumed said world. If a tiranid is cut of from the hive mind it becomes a mindless animal.
