great vid! I'm heading for a week in Instow wiht my family and going to do my first park run at Bideford so wanted to see the course to aleviate any nervs!

Definitely a Walnut Whip cause of the gradient. Curly Wurly's are flat. This is a great parkrun though, and great views from the Walnut whip. Iona rocks all the best people have birthdays in July. Have a great 11th. - mine's the 12th July :) bit older than Iona though I ll be 41. Always wanted to try the Uber boat too :) London is such a magical city.

Iona, Belated congrats on summiting that Munroe in bonny Scotland, and keep up the good work with the boys.

Did the Rebellion Way last year and the Wolf Way this year. More off road on the Wolf Way so best to go during August when the paths should be drier.

You guys are hardcore, that looked a tough one!

Great effort from Iona. Wonderful hill area. Like Beinn Dearg beside there.

One of my favourite munros, I was fortunate enough to climb this on a scorching hot day with clear skies, amazing views from the top.

I particularly enjoyed seeing Gadebridge parkrun. Many years ago I went to secondary school in Gadebridge, at the top of that hill. I remember the hill well! Haen't been thre for a long while, as I live in Yorkshire now.

Enjoyed your video. Just finished the routeyesterday. Cracking effort by your boy. The part you missed Thetford fotest and the Brekland area is lovely to ride, we wild camped there the first night. Its worth a visit if you havent been that way before

What a great looking course, I'd love to run that one, only problem is that it is a smidgin under 700 miles away!
