Runners' Paradise: Iona & Ian's Day Out at the National Running Show 2024! 🏃‍♀️🎉

Iona and I took a break from our parkrun tourism adventures this Saturday and instead headed to the NEC for a day of fun at the National Running Show.
From falling over (but making it to the top) of "The Travelator" to snapping up bargains (new carbon fibre running poles from Harrier Running) we had great fun. We were there from the moment it opened till the final came over the PA to leave (and then stayed behind for VIP drinks as we know the show organisers from being Ambassadors for the sister show - The National Outdoor Expo.
If you've never been then make sure you book tickets when they come out for 2025, if you book early keep an eye out for free ticket deals.
