Well, that's absolute bull shit. The spread of christianity took hundreds of years. Lithuania was the last country to be baptized and it happened in 15th century. It's in Europe, not so far away from Israel or Ancient Rome. What about North and South America, Africa or Australia? Hmm? What about illiteracy and lack of rudimental knowledge in every possible aspect of almost all people living at that time? If god was real he would have appear everywhere, and even better if he made sure that people know from personal experience that he is there. I would also expect him not to be hungry for prayers, masses, worshipping and all the things that people full of themselves would want. People like Richard Dawkins aren't interested in the truth, it's completely nonlogical for the world to materialize out of nothing, without even time existing beforehand and having a high order of order and complexity, that's sort of the opposite of the random chaos the universe is meant to be according to the athiests. The athiests forget that Einstein who gave us most of the cornerstones our current model of physics had belief that God was behind this.
