I can completely understand distancing yourself from any ISO uploads in relation your continued work on this project. Makes perfect sense. However you really should consider adding a zipped portable build of this custom PCSX2 that will not only simplify this for the first time user but can make things easier for someone who already uses PCSX2 with a massive library and doesn't want to interfere with any of the settings/pathing thats already in place. My plan for example was to just have the portable build and game in a folder similar to native PC games. Once everything was set up i then make a desktop shortcut of the custom build with a command line to just launch the game immediately upon starting the application.

The only version I get all the time is 1.07. I'm using Windows 11.

The Dragonfly and Shang Tsung's palace are stoll some of my favorite stages. The 3D era's arenas were what really mad me start wondering about the lore and smaller details in the game.
