- Another custom character for UMKD! This time its Rain with MKA design (and weapon) alongside new moveset which is mostly UMK3/MKT recreation.
Rain will be available in the V6 release of UMKD.

hell yeah! Ermaccer once again carrying the whole 3D MK fanbase and modding scene on his shoulders.
Until someone manages to make new characters and moves in the engine.
i may be wrong but p sure if you just had the mocap equipment you could just import them into the game. idk if you can add whole new moves or sets but surely you could just replace the animation files of existing moves. also dont need to import new characters armagedon already has all of them and their models and textures are easier to import to deception than it is to import than from deadly alliance from what iv been told.@@jeremyriley1238
We're lucky to have someone as talented as you working on 3DMK. It's really great seeing these games that I love so much still getting new content 2 decades later, even if it's unofficial.
Every UMKD vid makes me feel like an DLC trailer for Deception. I love this. Rain was very unexpected for me and looks so cool. ❤
Even as a trailer, this project is thousand times better than MK1 DLC content, Ermaccer is carrying this masterpiece game on his shoulders, very promising hopefully we can get other kharacters like Reptile, Cyrax, Sektor, Mavado, Hsu Hao & other kharacter from MKA like Stryker, Fujin or Reiko (not to mention the NPC missing kharacters like Nitara, Kano & Mokap, which they will be part of the roster in just a matter of time)

If I ever saw Cassie Cage, Jacqui Briggs, Takeda Takahashi or Kung Jin running around in Mortal Kombat: Deception, I'd be blown away. I don't think that's a possibility per say, but seeing how well these releases have done, it brings forth an interesting challenge and it could be a nice conversation starter.

Speaking of Armageddon. I'm honestly wondering if Ermaccer would try to implement Armageddon's Kreate A Fighter feature in his mod. Since MKA only had the "Kreate A Fatality" feature, which apparently wasn't that good. But I didn't mind it. Keep in mind I don't know if this is possible, but it would be amazing to have either way. If fatalities are implemented for KAF's
@@SethirophBayonet666 , I think if Kreate A Fatality was only for the Kreate A Fighter, i don't think it would've gotten as much backlash. Though I feel like the MK Fighters would've had their previous Fatalities from Deadly Alliance and Deception.
Nice inclusion of Water God's theme from Sub-Zero Mythologies. Also, Darrius' voice sounds nice on Rain, somehow. The water effects are beautifully intimidating, too, like you were fighting a relative of Oceanus/Poseidon (Neptune)/Triton, or something.
Rain and Reiko should have been in Deception roster by default. i always felt like they missed out.
You're doing an immense effort here and it should be honored here at this point. It's admirable to see these characters in MK:Deception which were not playable. I hope to see some more characters such like Kano, Cyrax, Sektor, Stryker, Chameleon, Fujin, Kai, Shinnok, Jarek or Reiko here.

I didn't think Rain was possible cause of the Konquest models (Since he and Reptile just use Mk 3 models and there's no costume to match it) but hyped to see him make it, Liking the symmetry your doing with his two Martial arts similar to Sareena and loving the progress of this as a whole, By any chance can you add the Fatalities onto the move lists for the Base Deception Characters like you've done for The GC and Unchained Characters
it doesnt matter if a character exists as npc or not, in fact i dont even use npcs as a base for new characters, as for adding fatalities to everyone - this needs everyones scripts to be edited so will take a while

i think he should have pao chui, hung gar would be too used as it was used by baraka by default and by drahmin. pao chui became reptile's fighting style in armageddon.
Yes i think her fighting Styles Will be "pao chui" the second style Will be "crab" and the last style Will be "Kirehashi"

YES! Another ermaccer banger! Really excited to see these MKA characters in Deception. I'm happy to see the roundhouse kick come back, what is the difference between the two projectiles besides size?
reaction and damage, water ball plan was to have it control p2 like in umk3 but that wouldnt work online unfortunately so had to make it a normal projectile, also burst has a trajectory so can hit grounded opponents from full screen

rain was probably one of the most unexpected fighters to be added in the umkd roster of yours 🤩 now that you are adding fighters who returned quite a long time during the 3d era, specifically those who only returned in armageddon, hope you might as welll add some fighters like shinnok, stryker, reiko, etc. soon ❤ keep commiting to this project 🤟

Hey Ermaccer, I wonder if you could add the moving camera intros that stages like the kuatan palace or golden desert have into stages that don't have them. A small change probably but it would be really cool. As always, Love your work!!!

Very well done. but I think he had Zi Ran Men style in MKA ? also, I know the voice is that black guy voice Darrius and Jax had, but it doesnt really fit him. Nightwolf or Kabal's voice would be more fitting for him :) just suggestions :)

I have a question in the ultimate mortal kombat deception of the new characters, there is no possibility of giving them endings since fatalities, for example for rain, I already know it will be impossible
I think his primary focus will always be raw gameplay, so I'd discard endings.

Could you import sareena mka four kick special moves and give it to sonya? with that move with pink colours strikes could be more interesting, also what you think about take the noob/smoke formula and make sektor and cyrax same character instead of separate?

what color selection? alternate palettes? if so might do it later, im not really interested in it that much

Yeah, I figured you wouldn't be much interested in it, based on how you focus almost exclusively on gameplay, but I was still curious about it.

Ermaccer, es posible añadir un tercer traje a los personajes? Que en ves de pulsar start se pulse el boton select? Quizá sólo para algunos personajes, ejemplos (Scorpion alternativo MKDA, Sub-Zero MKDA o MKA, o trajes retro)
no se puede, solo cambiar alguno por otro, a mi me ayudo a poner a Raiden dios antiguo a cambio del raiden sin sombrero de Armageddon

Quizá sea malo sugerir algo, pero ahora que veo que hiciste movimientos custom, será posible ver a Tremor acá? En ves de algún personaje de la era PS2? Quiza con los movimientos de tu mod de Unchained. Simplemente me encanta todo lo que haces, y creó que sería épico traer a Tremor acá o quizá algún personaje que no sea de la era 3D y sea algo más avanzado cómo por ejemplo (Cyber Sub-Zero o Skarlet)

Dragon slayer was unused and could be used for netherrealm. The ancient tune of golden desert could be used for chaosrealm's realm. Unless you had other things in mind.

Deception is already a top tier game. With this is better than Deadly Alliance and Armageddon, no question.

Unrelated to this video but, is there a way to make kameos invisible, just so that they dont appear on frame, in Mortal Kombat 1 ofc. For example in intros and outros, cause i want to make a video showcasing without the kameos
just use tag mode
@@ermaccer I should've been a little bit more specific but I want to include the clash animation with the intros too but it's rly awkward in tag mode if u get what I mean
