- Replaces Raiden's blue lightning with red one similar to modern dark Raiden.
Lights are also recolored.
NOTE: Victory pose hand sparks use weapon block texture, I didn't want to edit scripts too much to change that so that this mod won't require executable edits.

Pretty sick stuff, Ermaccer. The blue lighting never looked right after seeing the red in MK11. I assume this is possible in Deception too, right?
yeah it is but since i do umkd stuff right now id rather not mess with single mkd mods

I don't know how the costume system work in 3d mk games, are they limited to only 2 slots, or somehow you can add more? like Raiden can contains all 4 his 3d era costumes
but if it's not possible yet, it would be nice to see both Light Raiden and Red Raiden in a same game, MK Armageddon or Deception

hard to add more costumes nicely as every costume is just different character on the same slot, i already did light raiden as alternate for mka
Now red lightning fits much better, but the best Raiden was the 'light' Raiden as he was in MK:DA.

I admit I've never been a fan of Dark Raiden using Red Lightning(ironic given I do love red lightning overall) but it looks really good here, Awesome work as usual Ermaccer.
It's weird because this guy just did what I thought should have been done with Dark Raiden back in MKD/A/9 and yet I got used to blue lightning and even understood the meaning of keeping it blue. Raiden was not supposed to be evil (despite his very heinous methods), he was pissed off but he was still the god of thunder who fought for Earthrrealm. Cool change tho.
@@skar8009 I always did find it interesting cause in MK9 his Dark Raiden Skin's Teleport is actually recoloured to Red despite them not actually making his lightning red until MK11. Something about the Red Lightning here though that Ermaccer has done just looks much much better than in MK11, Can't quite put my finger on what it is though right now.
Red lightning always looked better for dark raiden to me. It matches his color scheme far better than blue lightning.
I think I just realized why this looks so good compared to MK11's Red Lightning, It's the fact that Raiden's Lightning in MK11 is pretty much pure red, with barely any white coloration in it, here the Red and White are balanced well in a way that makes the colours complement each other without the Red being overpowering.

I want to ask a question about Cyrax (UMKD version), in other post-classical mortal kombat games, when playing as Cyrax, it is Possible to prepare a bomb and immediately then approach the enemy and make a grab So that the bomb explodes during the grab, the bomb will not interrupt the grab, but the damage will become quite large 30% เก the case of a sambo style grab. and now the main question is whether it works exactly the same for cyrax from umkd
