The fact that Spider-Man didn't get radicalized afterwards and become an abolitionist hero of the people, who aimed to take down imperialism, capitalism, and colonialism, pretty much solidifies that the concept of the superhero is a pacifying tool to be used against the people for the benefit of the existing systems.

the first time i watched smiling friends i was on an intense trip. now watching it sober i feel like i am either still on psychedelics or am back to being a child watching cartoons. this show is a fever dream and i aspire to live my life according to a smiling friend. although the world is chaotic, we can still find a way to smile and make others smile. also, allen deserves all the love and praise he receives

Smiling Friends creators and writers very clearly gotten their head around concepts such as spiritual warfare scripture as they have no problem making jokes that go over most secular viewers heads. I seriously question the intentions of any one who gets to this level of success in the media.

The video is great, but i dont think Shrimp represented incel culture at all, never had any of the attributes or misogyny and hatred For women, he loved his ex and has canonically dated 2 women; which is more than every incel ever. And he was even willing to change his whole lifestyle just to win Shrimpina back amd even when charlie presented jennifer to him,he actually made a effort to talk to her and it worked. I mean he even called the Smiling Friends himself so they can help him smile again. I think its a little harsh saying that represents incel culture, but more of just nerdy extreme introverts. Prime example of this is all of Spamtopia in the newest episode. Characters like the jester and even the waitress (a character who literally had no lines but screaming) are infinitely more memorable than some actual main characters in other adult animated shows.
