So weird, when I saw that you had uploaded a new video I just assumed it was about the cast reveal for season 19. When you started in with the NY Treat I had to check the title again. 😂

Unfortunately for me this was the weakest NYT to date, the tasks weren't anything special besides the regret one, and the cast was hit-or-miss. Hannah was great and David pretty good too, Sue was nice but not that memorable (pretty happy with her winning though), Melanie felt more like a Never Mind The Buzzcocks contestant and Martin... I'll admit I was kind of biased going in since his casting wasn't that well-received online, but as someone who has never understood the act of counting one's steps, he definitely lost me there. Overall, a considerable step down from last year's which I thought was the best yet and still feel that way after rewatching it. I guess for me there's a trend that the even-numbed NYTs are better than the odd ones

This show is a complete ripoff

I approve of another version of Ghosts/Geisten but that cast photo has some issues. The Roman’s costume is leaning into the Mel Brooks/ Monty Python more than period accurate. I’d also like to know where the medieval lady’s right hand is and why the insurance salesman has that look on his face.

Although the main method of executing “witches” in Britain was hanging, there were some that were burned at the stake for “treason” against the state/authority, (which could include killing one’s husband)… Wasn’t it eluded to in one UK episode that the villagers were going to blame Mary for the bad harvest and throw in blame for her husband’s death?

It'll be interesting to see the Roman version of the captain, completely agree with them going a little further back in order to rewrite this character along with replacing the scout leader with a teacher. Growing up in Germany, I only ever saw the army kids doing scout related things. As the American version has been touching a little bit more on the ghost powers, it will be interesting to see this expanded a little bit more. Wouldn't mind seeing some exploration of the ghost Boundary.

Great video ! An added info I found out that this year, a french version of Ghosts has been announced and is in production by BBC Studios France. As a french person I'm not very fond of french series but we can only hope. There will be new ghosts living in a castle called Mérudeaux. The french counterparts to Alison and Mike are called Alison and Nabil. It will be six thirty minutes episodes available on Disney+

Charlotte Ritchie is a 5 for me. She aced the children's TV presenter look, which is so funny because she wasn't trying to.

I never warmed to the original Taskmaster. But after watching Taskmaster NZ, it is much better watching, and Jeremy is a better host far more suited with his dry/droll approach to the role!

I knew as soon as I watched it , that the use of one was in reference to the conversation with Alex and not referring to the action of counting the chairs , therefore , it was not worthy a disqualification.

Rosie didn't just get 0 on her hotdog task but -3 so could have had a potential extra 13 points if that one task had gone better for her (boosting her off the bottom of the table)

This is maybe my least favorite finale because there’s a blatant controversial decision in not counting Andy’s “one” as a number but they didn’t show any of that on the show itseld

I'm looking forward to Hannah Fry over the holiday special. I don't know any of the others but I'm sure they'll be fine.

What I found fascinating was how Emma won 4 out of 10 of the episodes and still only came 3rd in the series. She was one of the Best contestants and I really wanted her to win!

I didn’t mind Andy not being disqualified in the chair task because I think he got screwed over in the final task, I’m rarely a fan of all or nothing final tasks doing one for the final task of the season is wild

I don't understand on the final task why, once Jack had won the first round, no one looked at him to knock him out on the 2nd round.

Say you're playing a board game that has two dice to roll. You roll one and get 3. Then you roll the other and get 2. Would you say that you rolled a 3 and a 2, or would you not just say that you rolled a 5? I think it's the latter. So I'd say Jacks attempt should count.

I'm with Alex on the "one" debate. Doesn't count as a number in that instance. If the task was to not say an animal, then he mentioned a cricket bat, that wouldn't have counted and this is the same kinda deal.

You should've seen Babatunde on Cats Does Countdown. He ran away from Titan the Robot.

I haven't seen the UK ghosts, but because of all the hate most people have for the American version has really pushed me to not like or try to watch the UK Version because of the amount of culteral snubbing. Thank you for presenting a fair take.

Well, the picture does look good, but I do wish they would've made the Roman soldier a Prussian general or something like that. Obviously, we can't make the character a WWII Captain, but I think that a Roman character would've fit more into an Italian adaptation, than a German one.
