As an INFJ female likes you? I can say that I tell that person how I appreciate how they show up. How they are dedicated to their family, profession, or passion is something I admire. Etc so yes it’s very different from the usual I would say to everyone like nice shirt/haircut etc. But then again I have adjusted because someone once told me how difficult it is to know if I like a guy. Well now I feel sad, I (INFJ female) just went on one amazing date with an ENFP male. We hugged, it felt exactly as you described. But after failing to plan date number 2 right away, he said he wasn't in the right mindspace and would text me soon. Which I want to believe, but I just think I'm being politely ghosted :(

I’m an INFJ guy and met an ENFP woman 3 weeks ago. The connection was instant and incredible. We are in our 50’s and have an every good understanding of who we are, what we need in a relationship, and the work needed to have a strong relationship with someone. This is crazy!!! I am seeing someone who is INFJ and I am ENFP (31 yrs), I literally think of his brain as a rubix cube i said that today, and i also told him i can read his mind and i felt like a psychic. Its actually instantly an unspoken connection its freaking amazing, its so good to hear the reassurance of this weird incredible relationship. And I do talk a lot haha, and when I talk I make connections and appreciate a listening ear, hes such a good listening and then says things that bring my sporadic thoughts into a more articulate version and then adds an even more interest point and thought to the conversation. It was incredible. Note: INFJs need to be heard, and ENFP ask questions and listen/dont interrupt. That goes a long way for INFJs who are always trying to fix things, your perspective means a lot but they need room to process emotions outloud and love to be seen in that way. Also, regarding conflict resolution, being a matured ENFP I know how to calmly address conflicts where I hear my partner and sleep on issues so im not so reactive, i am great at conflict resolution and can help an INFJ talk things out since I can read their mind. Its obvious we are both mature as well. It is awesome and I am so excited to have found my healthy infj too, I have been trying to date all other N intuitive types, and after trying to date each type INTJ ENTJ INTP ENTJ --- I think INFJ is number 1 then INFP 2. Please find your other half, as an ENFP you will be so much more fulfilled with an ENFP/INFJ and ENFP/INFP <3 Genuine affection truly is present and its the most beautiful/FUN/ funny adventurous/playful thing. I also have a handful of INFJ friends and also the most deep friendships!

I’m an infp boy

One of the things that I hate being an INFJ is mainly the overall irony of who I am personality-wise. Like sometimes I prefer to be alone, yet yearn for companionship. I hardly ever talk, yet I have ideas I wish to share without the fear of rejection and/or ridicule. Feel like I'm a walking, talking contradiction.

INFJ female here. I am super in hiding my feelings and intensions in front of my desired one (fear of rejection). I tried for 3,5 months to date a guy and neather he nor his friends realized I tried. When I like a guy a initiate contact, write one to one with him, write A LOT with him, invite him to activities with friends or just the two of us, come home to him alone and maybe at really rare occasions stay over night. Normally I don't spend time with men at all. The male friends I have, I have met through female friends. I don't write with them alone, just in group chats. I don't hang out with them alone (in over 4 years I just did ONCE something alone with a male friend), just as additions to my female friends. And I would never go home to them alone.

I tend to get verycannoyed and end up being very blunt about what I think then regret it later. Only because for sine reason orher people can get away with it, but not me.😢

I ran into you years ago when I had my first ever crush on an INFJ woman. I wanted to find out more about her personality. I liked her personality (and then you) so much that I got over that crush (she got a boyfriend, someone else) but over you I didn't. Recently I came to know I'm infj through self reflection and assessment. When I reflect back my life , it makes all sense and I was right , all along. ENFP married to an INFJ and together for nineteen years ;). By the way, after years together and going through so so much there’s always the playful times, but also the ENFP INFJ work when the ENFP’s inner baby core of emotions meet the wisdom sage and steadfastness of the INFJ. Also, the ENFP eventually finds the inner INTJ ass of the INFJ and then the conflict can happen and the real work and wonder of these two can literally stop, or start wars and bring balance and peace to any system. It’s intense, it takes a long long time to synergize ( new word haha sorry spell check) this amorphous intense power to appear and it takes time but it’s truly beautiful. We are magical and our NF life has been an adventure. Our meta meta meta conversations are intense ;). And now with a long history ;), it’s rewarding.
