It almost seems like being an INFJ and loving books are synonymous

Wauw I am a INFJ and I was shook with you just listing my 3 alltime favorite books on 1,2 and 3. HOW! haha, great to have this in common with other Infjs.

This is so interesting, I’m an Infj as well and Agatha Christie is my favorite author of all times. (Algorithm did me well suggesting this). I’m going to check out the Benedict society right after watching this video! I have to pick up start with why, I’ve been wanting to for some time now.
I think another reason we love the four hour work week is because we’re always trying to figure out how we can do the maximum with the minimum amount of energy (because we need/use a lot of energy for mentally processing things).

Lmao I’m almost done with the fellowship of the ring and I LOVE IT, the magicians nephew was alright, and the rest I haven’t read but I heard about them. Aragorn is literally one of my favorites along with Sam and Bilbo 😂

I loved the magician nephew! I listened to it with my son from audible and it was so fun! I do need to read the lord of the rings..:maybe I should get audible on that! Thanks for sharing!

Aw I love hearing that! As a child, my parents got me all 7 Narnia books on CD and I listened to them all so many times. Your son will remember that for sure. LOTR is also really good in audio form. Thanks for watching! :)

I’m an INFJ and the way you see things, the way you talk, the way you react just reminds me so much of me, it makes me feel understood somehow, it’s kinda weird but I’m happy I found your ytb channel

I like your videos so far. I was wondering about this 'Sigma' INFJ thing... I had asked about it in a few groups, but no one seems to be happy to talk about it. I was wondering if you had ever engaged in this topic?

I just recently started to see your vids pop up in my feed and that’s why I’m a year late with this comment… Nevertheless as an infj male I would like to recommend CS Lewis as essential reading for infj’s and you in particular. Specifically the titles, The screwtape letters, The great divorce, Till we have faces and Mere Christianity.
I’m not a bible thumper or church goer but CS Lewis is an excellent writer and his stories are thought provoking, entertaining, emotionally vibrant and very well written.
It’s just my opinion but I feel like I can understand his struggles to understand big questions and deeper truths within himself through his writings. Highly recommend!
Keep up the vids, I’m subscribing and liking fwiw🤷🏽‍♂️

I totally agree with you! Screwtape is one of my favorites, and Mere Christianity is arguably the best Christian book of all time. Lewis has a way of being both understandable and profound - especially in the deep questions of life. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, lifelong infj infp and since childhood, my main favorite book is Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Dafoe in, and then. For some reason, I don’t read fantasy and, accordingly, neither Harry Potter nor The Lord of the Rings are very exciting to me! but I am completely obsessed with space and psychological fiction and time travel. and therefore, for me, the main authors are, uh, science fiction writers, which include Stanislav Lem, Ivan Efremov, the Strugatsky brothers, a galaxy of English-language authors such as: Highline, Bradbury, Robert Sheckley, Isaac Asimov, Daniel Keyes, Robert Young, George Orwell ! and I absolutely recommend that each of our clan of character types read, no matter what happens, the main book of my life by Daniel Kiz, "flowers for Elgernon"

Thank you. I love to see how deeply passionate you feel about that lovely first quote, and this is more than enough to influence me into reading The Lord of the Rings, along with all of the other books. I have not been much of a reader for quite some time, but I have been wanting to give it more of a chance, and I am very grateful for the guidance this video has given me. I also just love how you've structured this video and how you explained everything. This video has made me eager to read again. :)

I'm currently reading LotR for the first time at 33 (Almost done with RotK), and it's a gamechanger. The movies are a favourite of mine but the books are another level. I'm sad I waited this long.

@@MrArtod I do think it's harder for guys, but all of my boyfriends cried in front of me and I never thought less of them for it. So maybe we can help change culture in that way...even if it's little steps at a time. :)

@@christinelise You didn't think less of them cos you understand them as INFJ. With other types, it's a disaster. My wife is ISTJ (Dana Scully, non-emotional robot), and for her crying is a sign of weakness. I even can feel her contempt toward me when I show any sign of poetical emotions 🥲 When I showed her video with you, she said that you look so vulnerable 😅
