Yew did a great job on that first bowl 😉. I know, pathetic joke. Btw is that a bowl gouge you’re using around the early part of the first bowl? I’m new to wood turning.

Just discovered your channel. Beautiful job and that Acacia is fantastic. Shatoiance (sp???) is a new word to me that I’ve learned recently from several woodworking channels in talking about grains reflective properties (I think it does anyway lol). Great videos.

Interesting piece. In hindsight, I would have used a Tenon with all the already visible cracks, but hey, Wills back. Glad you are back doing videos again. Hope you and your family have been good and well.

I'm amazed that the mortice didn't come apart completely. You've got guts to keep putting it on the lathe. But the important thing is it looks great. You must believe in my old motto, "Better dead than look bad."
