I was a level 8... and Sally's told me to tone with a demi 7na and 9na to get the orange out. I have dark reddish brown now 😭 It was just my roots that were orange brassy. I'm in color shock. I want my blonde back. 😭😭

Hi, I’ve a query, I’ve blonde highlights, and now i want to colour them flame red, which developer should i use? My hair isn’t in too bad condition. I’ve a 30 vol bottle. The colorant needs a developer. I’m confused now that what developer should i use on a highlighted hair for flame red colour.

Just not enough info online about virgin grey hair. If I wanna dye it medium teal, and mine is basically white like wtf do I start? I know I have to deposit some kinda pigment first to give the teal something to hold onto but what? Bleaching seems overkill. Can I use a semi perm fashion gray color? Idk..help. 😅

I use 10 volume and 4N on my gray hair new growth. . I am 100% gray at my roots. The 10 volume gives me great coverage.

It’s ironic that you posted this today. I am just now seeing it after I touched up my roots this evening. I had a little breakage, but it is not easy doing it yourself. I have much respect for you and other stylist. You guys are awesome!! Thanks for the video. This will be my last touch up. I will be going darker, natural, for fall and winter. Hopefully, I will remember the conditioner when I bleach next time.

I honestly truly have never had an interest in listening to professionals about this stuff before, the lingo and way they explain things make me so bored and annoyed...
