Bro is trying to break the Power Ranger tradition of the Red ranger as being the leader Ranger (real)
Hi Dan. Glad to be able to follow you here too. My request is that you please cover different exercises that can be used to achieve the same muscle groups. Due to prior injuries, some exercises cause me pain. I don’t always know an alternative to achieve the same outcome. I like to have knowledge of many different forms of the same exercise. Also as a newbie to the gym, covering machines and free weights variations would also be helpful. I don’t always know which machines can be used for what. Also, I find my form is better using a machine rather than free weights because I don’t have all the postures / forms down.
Buff dorks are best dorks ❤
Outstanding.
Why do you favour being filmed on your left side?
I feel cheated by the thumbnail 🤣
Really looking forward to watching this channel, I watch the strongman competitions on TV, would be cool to see you on that one day x You're a handsome man, and I wish you every success x
This is so true!! Ages ago when I was bodybuilding everyone preached bench press for chest growth. I had no success with that but amazing results with dumbbell bench presses. Flat, decline, incline all were better with dumbbells for me.
Those sneakers might have too much give in them for this kind of workout.
Thanks bro! Motivated me to go back to the gym after some time. Love the vids from your both channels. Keep it up!
Interesting and unique content on main and aux channel. Talented bloke!
Promo*SM 🔥

What a lovely Tuesday morning surprise 😊😊
🙏💪🏻🔥
How do you work in endurance/aerobics? Nice explanation for it all.
That’s not really my thing, but you could do those at the end of a weight lifting workout or on rest days so they don’t interfere with your weights workout
Good stuff
Thanks
Wow, curious as to what you first ate after the show???
Probably a Krispy Kreme doughnut haha
Haha, Dan !!!

Wow. There’s so much to bodybuilding - Do you do PT work? You know your stuff. Oh, and nice thumbnail 🙃 🔥
No PT is something I’ve never done, like to keep work and hobby separate

Can crossfitter's lift heavy weights in gym?
No reason why not that’s just not what they do for their sport
Dan, do you have any recommendations for an app or a general system that helps keep track of what workouts we do, with how many sets and reps, and with what weights and all that? Also, I am particularly interested in some deep-dive videos on the topic of nutrition. Anyways, I’m glad to see you putting out a video like this, as all of the tips you listed were 100% something I needed to hear before I started working out 4 months ago. Thankfully I’ve been working with a great trainer and know most of these tips now, and it’s changed my life. I really wish I understood sooner, but better late than never! I’m 205 cm tall & 181 kg, so I have a ways to go, but I’m looking forward to being big like 💪 instead of 🦛 lol Keep on keepin’ on!
Hmmm not off the top of my head, there are loads of free programs online, have a look at Jeff nippard on RUclips he has great stuff and believe has a beginners program somewhere
Will do! Thanks, Dan 👍✨
Hello Dan, watching you from Japan. I would really like to know how was your mentality when you started working out, i.e. the first couple of years. Some splits you'd recommend to someone 1 year in his workout journey would be also lovely! Cheers!
I’d do push pull legs at year 1. My mentality at the start was purely enjoying lifting weights and training hard, also felt like the underdog showing the world because I was skinny but knew I could be great
@@danthecobbler Thanks Dan!!
What about triceps push down, (or here in Canada pull down) a reverse grip ( supinated grip) on a short bar ?!
It’s just an example 💪🏻
