  • Today we're at Physique fitness for a mega arm blaster workout. I'm showing you a superset routine I often throw into my workouts that's high volume and intense, sure to grow your arms. I picked it up from Kris Gethin and his method of training DTP. Try it out and smash your biceps and triceps.

    I ached watching you (I have an immensely messed up rotator cuff right now in addition to being a couch potato) but your physical fitness gives great testimony to your workouts. Thanks, Dan.

    Hey Dan, big fan of your youtube channels, looking forward to the new content on this site. Do you have some good advice for a middle-aged guy who wants to get in shape. Possibly a guide to a good training program in a busy everyday life. p.s. hope you don't stop making new videos on your old channel 😊 (Dennis from Denmark 🇩🇰)

    Sorry if the is sounds a strange question Dan. I’m a swimmer (everyday) but I would like more strength in my upper arms. Could you suggest what’ll be a safe exercise to build up more strength? I’m 59 so not a young’n. TIA 😊

      Certainly weightlifting, try regular arm training bicep curls and tricep extensions. I’m doing some videos on these soon

    My question is, how often would you employ that into your workout? Once a month? Tats are looking great!!

    • @danthecobbler
      @danthecobbler  Год назад

      Fair question, so, yes once a month is a good idea. You can obiously do it for any body part just keep the approach the same ie antagonostic muscle groups.
      Or, if you really want to commit you can do this workout as a whole routine, every muscle group over a 4 day split, for 4 weeks.
      Legs, Arms, Chest & Back, Shoulders Traps & abs. However you need to make sure recovery and calories are high and also your body will adapt extremely quickly hence why you could only do it for a month straight.
