    It's nice to address concerns from your community for sure. Most of what I see is people trying to be nice ir offer an alternative like a big community pool of hoe something could be done easier or avoid too much work. Not many keyboard warriors that I've seen and you handle them well enough with kindness. I too am not too much a fan of a gimmick tool myself and thoes scrapers hit 7 bucks on clearance at lowes. I do have a question do you own any knipex cobras or side cutters? I see the hf stuff and maybe you deserve something a little nicer. If you don't have them or don't want them I understand but I'd be happy to mail you a pair of at least cobras if you would use them. No strings or shoutouts required as long as you used them. Let me know!

    My train of thought would be not to finish that drywall , I would leave the screws exposed so as to have easy access to that area in case of future problems, also I would just let it dry out good, I would not use that spray foam because again, future maintenance access, but whatever the customer wants, thanks, great video

    I get thoes closet overloaders all the time! We use the heavy duty steel closet rod from the home stores and sleve the inside with steel conduit it's a tight fit. The holders on both sides of the walls I found on az solid one peice stainless rod holders In bulk. I think the entire setup is 40 to 50 and do this for good renters or backstage them when they break the old one. There is such things are people proofing apartments and I've never had anyone break that setup even kids hanging off it. Yea we have some nice van setups but worrying about theft if a big one so I hope nothing happens. Lighting is essential in thoes caves they call vans most of the time I just swich out the bulbs in stock location to some az special led automotive bulb and it's world better and for under 10 bucks. Have fun 👍

      I was thinking exactly the same thing, maybe even something like an engine kill switch hidden somewhere, plus put in some air tags hidden in the compartments, and one hidden in the actual van, to track individual stuff and the whole van. I would be so nervous having a truck full of tools, just makes it too easy of a target. I'd probably have a full time pit bull in there if i could lol.

      @@EWB66 I see so my question to you then is why would spin cycles cause constant tripping of the GFCI outlet or breaker? even normal amperage during the cycle would cause a trip? I figured only a ground fault would cause the breaker or outlet to protect the circuit and interrupt current

    • @TOOL_TECHNICAL
      @TOOL_TECHNICAL День назад

      @@EWB66 I hear ya. 210.8 goes over GFCI for laundry areas being required whether a sink is present or not as of 2014 I believe before that in 2011 it was with a sink within 6ft. Naturally you want to know your kids are safe but Ray doesn't strike me as someone malicious (again maybe he's secretly an axe murderer lol) but communication is key I'm glad you like his videos he inspires me too. just turned 29 a little over a weak ago and my channel is just sharing fixes and tool info. Ray and many others have so much life experience you sometimes can't get in an expensive class/trade school. keep tuning in I'm sure it wasn't personal. whenever I upload videos I can get comments with anything from clip your nails to if you did that you shouldn't own tools or be teaching anyone. It's rough when ya got people all telling you how wrong you are or how to do something 50 different ways to be perfect. In these housing situations where a lot of bad tenants destroying these spots the main goal is functionality. usually inspections require lights and electrical to be safe, doors/windows to open close and lock, and toilet/sink/shower to all work and drain normally. Beyond that are some people who feel entitled to waste water and destroy apartments because they don't have to pay for it. It's a double-sided blade so let's all get along <3

    I'm not sure how it works but I'd look into what kind of insurance covers all these expensive tools that are going to live in the van... I only mention because a contractor I had working on my place had a truck broken into and all their tools stolen out of it recently. Thieves might see this work van and figure they can get an easy score, and I'd hate to see you lose everything. I don't know what kind of insurance would cover personally owned tools in a work van, but hopefully there's something out there for you just in case!

      Had to do this in a video 4 months ago on doing tank maintenance just to show what happens when a drain valve fails. TPR now means temporary Problem Resolver lol - If you have a plastic valve on your water heater (gas or electric) I urge you to swap it for a wider brass fitting with a ball valve and a cap so the inner valve isn't exposed.
