wow that mold is super gross. I was thinking I could vomit if I was in that room. never seen mold that nasty on a wall before, glad your handling it. my parents lived in an apartment that had some mold in the walls. even when the maintenance man discovered it they did nothing about it they just covered it back up. super lazy. mold is no joke it can be dangerous
Good tip on the toilet seat bolts. When you were at the bench looked like you had a Gerber Dual Force multitool. Would love a vid going over your preferred multitools for maintenance work. God bless!
I always switch the outlets and switches and use jumbo wallplates since the painters in the past painted over them. 120 units built in 1989, so basic quality finishes before we upgrade them
Ask your harbor freight for a rain check. The one I go to will give you a rain check if they don’t have the sale item in stock. When it gets restocked then you will get it at the sale price.
I always thought about asking HF about this since the inventory goes quick! Didn't wanna risk the attitudes if one person says yes and when I come back the answer is different
@TOOL_TECHNICAL no worries about different answers. the manager is the only one who can issue the raincheck and it is in paper form with the managers signature and everything. I just used the one I got on Sunday because they were out of stock on the sale item I came in to get. The manager wrote me the raincheck and told me what day the next one was coming on the truck. I will say that I had to ask for the raincheck to get it. I don't think they generally offer that up unless you ask.
You really get your hands dirty, most people won’t even touch anything that look like mold. I work in maintenance in a manufacturing plant and I’m the only guy who is left and we started with 6 guys. Nobody wants to work.
