Should I do all or I chose one
Choose one and incorporate into your workout. Change workout routine every couple of weeks or months (let's say every 3 months). Then again incorporate another variation.
Any tips on how to ease dystonia through exercises? I suffer with ptsd and then developed dystonia which essentially effects my whole nervous system and I rly hard and sad to live like this
I'd try yoga, meditation and acupuncture. Anything that soothes your nervous system. Yoga breathing exercises. Also restricting screen time, spending more time outdoors. I can recommend Swami Vishnudevananda's book "Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga"

As an instructor it's been like 12 years. Personally I do Pilates like once a week now.
What workout did you do?
I do strength training, running, Pilates and yoga. Depending on the mood, weather and time of the year 🙂

Maybe it's time to revise your diet. It's the best way to lose fat. Although I can't spot reduce fat. You'll lose fat overall though.
When I do this, it doesn't workout my back but my neck/upper trapezius. How do I not end up with sloped shoulders?
Weights might be too heavy, so you may lower the load. Try to keep your back straight, head aligned with the back. Don't look down. Shoulder blades together. Don't arch your back. Exercise 2 and 3: arms close to your body.

My body has been asking for something like this, as in, I can feel the tightness of the groin muscles and found myself wishing for a way to loosen them. Supine butterfly helped , but didn't completely do the job. This feels really good!

Can I start without dumbbells?
You can use bottles of water for example.
Dumbbell weight?
You can use weights that will let you perform the given number of reps. The last rep should be difficult /with struggle 😊 Back needs pretty heavy weights.

These exercises are for the back. Bust usually only loses its size when you lose weight overall.

How many pound dumbbell is best?
I use at least 10 pound dumbbells or more. Yo can gradually add more weight. Back muscles are strong and can bear heavy load.
Any suggestion for an alternative of weights?
Sure! Use elastic bands or tubing. For the 1st two exercises you hard ones, for the 3rd: light. Place the band under your feet and hold both ends.

Only if you lose weight overall (if you diet). It also depends how your body stores and looses weight. We have no control over how our body loses fat and where.
