trying this on PC, at the Shadowfell step and whenever I get tav to tp to the waypoint, Shadowheart doesn't come with me. when I get the prompt to continue it immediately teleports both Tav and Shadowheart to the Nightsong prison where Balthazar speaks to them.

Took like 20 tries but I got it!

To anyone trying this on laso, if it doesnt work in three tries, just play normally, the hours it will take you to maybe get it, youll have finished the level normally anyway, waste of time Peopel that do these tutorials dont show the hours of attempts to do it

Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong: In the finale, I summon a hand with Jeyhera and the main character, throw a bottle of invisibility with my hand so that both the hand and its owner become invisible. I lift Jeyhera up the pole - everyone immediately attacks me, but the hero is visible. What's wrong? Or does this method not work in patch 7?

I finally was able to do this speed run on a ps5 in 1:41:31.45. Thank you for the strats. Just wish I could skip the cutscenes as fast as a pc and stop the timer on loading screens. I'm hoping for a better setup next time.

I’m confused on the mechanics to get through the wall at Orin. I’m holding shift the entire time and pressing the left mouse key and Z at the same time? I’ve tried all variations I can think of and can’t get it to work

Psa for those who have a hard time with this: Check your FOV. Op uses 86. Because of how angles work, the higher the FOV, the harder it is to get into position and timing it correctly.

For those who want to use this to get through using Gale: the explosion in the dialogue doesn't work anymore. It does literally nothing except show a short cutscene and the credits. The achievement for Honor mod will not be received and you can load a save that will still be in Honor mod

How do you get around not being able to be invisible during the dragon fight? The trick you used doesnt work anymore.

Two separate times those bombs just went off in my hand as I threw them. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I kicked a hole in my wall, so I think it's time I took a break

I have done that weird jump in Shars Gauntlet on console a few times. It takes quite a bit of camera play but it’s doable!

I can confirm that everything in this guide still works in Patch 7 with some quirks I couldn't account for: 1) The weapon drop for the moonlantern seems to be an all or nothing shot now. Miss and Shadowheart dies. Succeed and you can safely pick up the lantern (and die) 2) The Nightsong cutscene seems buggy. It got cut short on multiple runs. In my winning run, it got cut short once and then played out with the 6 skips after talking to the Nightsong again 3) I don't think it matters but after Myrkul, shadowheart was still stealthed near Balthazar and had to exit before moving to Act 3 Everything else played out perfectly.

This fight is so much more forgiving than I thought it was gonna be. The spot you parked Jaheira at triggered dialogue before she even reached it so the fight started with zero buffs. Tav couldn't even get there in time so the turns went like: 1) Drink speed potion, toss Gith'yanki one and two, hide behind pillar 2) Gith ganked Tav, but had to travel down to do it. Jaheira void bulbs and tosses Gith 3 3) Melee weapon and toss Gith 4.

I think something happened on PC for making Kar'niss drop the lantern. You don't seem to get more than one shot at it now, it's always an instant fight if you fail which ruins your run because Shadowheart will die. What's odd is making him drop the lantern and succeeding does not put you in combat (until you pick up the lantern)

does this skip the same triggers (the ones that make you go back to the hangar) that quad nade does?

One more question… if you fail the orin throw… any way to kill her now that she’s a slayer? Or is this run done? Which will be the end of my honour run attempts… too many tries and fails.

Might want to mention that the glitch with the first set of smokepowder bombs is specifically that they will EXPLODE IN YOUR TAV’S HANDS WHEN THEY THROW IT, COMPLETELY DESTROYING YOUR TAV AND THE RUN AND MAKING YOU RESTART AGAIN!!!!!
