Lair on my station 4 Dragon lair 2 on my PlayStation 4 right now I am playing Dragonsl lair 3D on my GameCube I am on level 6 now I am waiting on the developers to make a new space Ace

Check out Prince of Persia 2! The Mac versions were the best, in my opinion, with colorful sprites and backgrounds and decent music.

Speaking as a hardcore tennis gamer, this game still stacks up. Incredible.

It was an amazing game, the last game I bought in my NES collection. The review didn't give the game what it deserves regarding mechanics, u have different kinds of dodge or attacks. U can turn into sorcerer with different abilities.

Controls are not responsive at all, traps and some ennemies are not visible until they hit you...

Any successful in doing the main screen infinite lives code RLRU? I get the sound but not the lives.

Did this color version get a Japanese release? (Edit : it did not it has a language select w Japanese which I realized upon buying a copy) I have the side scroller one for DMG in Japanese but want this one too if it exists.

Such a great game, very underrated. The combat is probably the most dated part of this game. But I loved solving the levels and finding all collectibles. A game like this today could still work. I recommend playing it on pc with a couple of small fixes it looks great in 4K

I don't understand the RUclips algorithm at times. Its like this week they decided I needed to see videos dedicated to 3-D Battles of WorldRunner and movie clips from Amadeus. Not complaining, just odd. 3D Worldrunner wasn't a game I owned but a rental and I think the fantastic worlds and backgrounds really compelled me as a kid. I thought you forgot Rad Racer which was another pivotal early Square game (even on NWC) but Rad Racer came out only two months before Final Fantasy. SquareEnix has been putting a number of games with their HD2D model like Octopath Traveler, Live-A-Live, and Triangle Strategy lately. Great games but all RPGs. I'd love to see them port this or Rad Racer in that HD2D style.

It’s actually pretty damn rare. Up there with Dragon Fighter, Little Samson, Power Blade 2, Panic etc.

With all the shiny new HD remasters of classic games from the 6th generation, I hope this becomes one of those Maybe as a way of hyping up that Dragon's Lair movie starring Ryan Reynolds

I played it in a emulator first time. And when i realised there were not checkpoints... what?. Now i've got the original cartridge cause i felt in love with this shump haha. The good thing about going back to the beginning, is that you can upgrade some, due all of them has gone... But some later stages without the right weapon you are dead meat; and your strategy changes completely. Double wave laser is your friend. Like the knife in super ghouls and ghosts hehe. Powerful and with the help of the pods, you are perfectly guarded. It's a pity that pods don't negate bullets. One thing I want to say, is that I don't hate the slowdowns. It helps in my opinion. There is out there a hack that eliminates that "sprite overflow". Is it easier to play in that condition? I don't think so. Overall, like you say: music, graphics, controls and gameplay are awesome. Good review! Subscribed!

I would be content with this same game but with better graphics. I wouldn't want a ground up remake with new music or voice acting cause they may do it wrong. I also wish the 2nd Dragon's Lair had a 3D version and the other games like Space Ace and Brain Dead 13.

I would love another 3D Dragon's Lair. Of done now it would look just like the cartoon.

I may have to pull out my copy again...for some reason when i played this game back when it came out i beat a boss so far in the game and am pretty sure the game glitched somehow and it got saved on my memory card and couldnt escape the room i was in after i beat the boss. I just gave up on it. This may have just been a fluke and it wont happen again if i try playing it now possibly....ill have to get into it i guess 😄 very nice video you have here thanks!

Flashback is a fantastic game. I own it on the Genesis, SNES, PS4 and Switch. We all have those go to games when we just want to play something. Flashback and Super Castlevania IV are mine.

Playability is off the charts on this game. Played it a lot multiplayer. John was the best player but I played with Steve coz he could spin it massively.

Thanks for the review! Game is great, It's my favourite one on the system, managed to beat it under one hour without dying. Noticed that you can do long jumps not only by pressing jump button, but also on up+forward, like in original version.

This was the first game I had that made me feel like I was playing a golf game on a pc back in the day. It was super impressive to me at the time on a console.

This is one of my favorite SNES sports games...I was very disappointed in your score haha. I succeeded in getting -18 on the hardest mode once Also it has a great reward when you beat the Vs Hal mode. It unlocks metal clubs that hit further. All these years later I've never forgotten how to get them

Hopefully, the developers died slow and painfully.

I never got far in it but I have it on PC, I guess it's in a built in emulator or something, but I always enjoyed it. I prefer it over Flashback and Another World tbh, it feels the most fluid and developed.

This game was phenomenal for its time and difficulty several hours I never attempted hard mode as a kid, because easy took that spot to a whole new level. I did manage to beat it twice back then and never was consistent the level resets were to brutal.
