you should be simming mutilate with combat potency not focused attacks. It's like 80-100+ more dps

With endgame FR gear, if you’re going to play Marks, I would highly recommend dropping Imp Hawk in favor of 3% hit. Imp Hawk has extremely low uptime and you need the hit which is hard to get on optimal gear.

There's no need to be human for weapon skill with the new ring runes.

Personally, I love the risk/reward with FR gearing, I think it is a very clever way to essentially give players a slider and see if they can make good decisions that impact their parse. :D

Nothing wrong with us working to get more FR I think it stirs the pot on us just getting BIS and blowing through the bosses like we have been since 20 years. Don’t you think it made things more interesting?

If you don’t need the Hit and you have multiple Hunters in your raid, I would still go for the buffed MC gun while you wait on leaf/sinew. I’m third in line for mine and our first hunter just now finished his quest bow. The MC weapons are significant upgrades to Bloodseeker will hold you over while you’re waiting for your Rhok.

Error: pet attack speed does nothing for resetting FS. It’s resetted from claw or bite. Error: sniper training does not give crit chance to autosshots.

Why is it better without 6 set to do chimera chimera trap aimed aimed as opposed to trap chimera trap chimera chimera aimed repeat? Chimera hits harder with serpent for sure so why not put 3 globals into chimera per trap rotation as opposed to double chimera and double aimed?

I noticed you showed the AV arrows in this guide. You’re not using those are you? Thorium headed arrows have a 1 dps increase and you don’t have to enter AV to buy them. Also you said for the turret build you don’t need any melee stat consumes. Doesn’t explosive trap scale off attack power of any kind? So increasing strength and raw AP should make it hit harder?

8:40 this part doesn't have correct information. If you're really looking to min/max you would be using full melee ap consumes as well like juju power or winterfall firewater because the T.N.T. rune makes your traps scale off your melee attack power specifically. So having more strength from consumes will make your traps do a little more damage.

Strength is also pretty good for ranged hunter cause tnt is calculated of your melee atk power not ranged.

I played Ranged Hunter as my alt in Gnomer and I had a good bit of fun. I was planning on maining it for p4 but I just hate the current rotation so much. Spamming traps you don't really want to cast every 7 seconds is so annoying and Sniper training is a really unfun mechanic especially in the SOD version with 0 leeway.

Melee hunter op

Finally someone that talk about melee hunter in p4, im used to play rogue and warrior but melee hunter is way more fun, sad that it is very weak idk if it is worth to play even if it fun, blizz prob will not buff melee and will just nerf hunter again

Play private servers, official servers are a joke. Nerf nerf nerf buffs nerf kill a specc. Blizzard doesnt know hwot balance or they intentionally screw people on hundreds of hours of playing just to make it look like balance team is doing something.

I'm not sure the dev's intention behind this change other than to make the class even more easy to play, there were no developer notes, but this does contradict what i stated in the video, so I wanted to make you guys aware.
