It's something about sitting in an older care pared with that VR6 that feels more better. It's like deciding whether you like piano or keyboard!

Carbon isn't cheap. Carbon pieces cost around £300 a pop average for splitter, sideskirt, diffuser and spoiler. He did more stuff later such as OEM ambient lighting and changed the seats and door cards to an individual colour.

The M140i has a different engine so reliability and running costs will vary but only slightly as they're both very similar blocks

@@CarNitty I've got a 325ci coupe 2 door.. absolutely love it,MORE than enough power,solid,reliable car and hugely fun to drive. The only reason I wouldn't go for a 330 is the cost of road tax and insurance..my road tax isn't far off £400 a year. Also the cost of filling it up..yeah a faster car but you'll pay for it.

Road tax is the same for both cars here in the UK. I had the 325Ci and insurance is quite cheap on E46s and Tahir's insurance is also very competitive so I'd say it costs the same to insure too.

@@CarNitty Nearly £400 on insurance when others a paying a fraction ..I can't find any insurance quotes under £1300 and I'm 48 years old with 10 years of no claims. Not sure I agree with your statement that road tax is the same. Bigger engine,higher emissions.

Insurance is always subjective to multiple factors. My 325Ci in this video produces 230g of cO2 per KM. The 330Ci produces 229g. Both are in road tax band J-K which is currently £415 per annum as they're pre-06 models.

They're good cars for the money. Not as great as the 330Ci but still reputable and deserve their own fan base for sure!

I was getting around 23-25mpg doing mixed dual carriageway and local driving. The 330 gets around 22-24. On motorway journeys, I was getting around 35.

@@slasher6723 I have a 330ci Auto and i get about 34mpg on the motorway and about 25mpg on daily driving.

I've come across auto owners they're getting below 20 for local driving and late 20s for long journeys.

You got that right! Nothing like a M54 with a good exhaust system!

@@PhillAndDrill I only know one person that's got a GTI and converted it to 4WD. It's not that simple and it's not cheap. An S3 would be a better shout if that's what you're after and it's not all about power as this video covered
