What about if a Danish person has a Bentley and have lovely apartment and looks dresses very good. That's a problem for the Danish person. Who doesn't have it. NOW If the Danish person won the lottery or other inherited. He/she would have these finest belonging. (Double standards)not good So then it ok . The true reason is joulous and envy. Like you said everyone has to look the same dress the same . This way of thinking is not good when they take this attitude with them they go travelling the world. They won't be welcomed

I googled the restaurant prices in Copenhagen. I am curious what you consider expensive. It looks like the prices are the same as in the USA. A top restaurant can easily be $200 but an average one is 20-30 $per person max.

Right. You loose your capacity of wonder. I'm a part time digital nomad because it let you appreciate being home and traveling to new places. Each person has different threshold of loosing capacity of wonder. For me is about 2 months. Then even the most wonderful place looks normal.

I would mainly choose Asian countries which offer 3 months travel visa like Japan, Vietnam. If you want you can just switch between 2 countries 4 times a year and that's all. Until you are bored, then choose another 2 countries.

Yer there is a lot of nonsense about being a digital nomad, usually propagated by people advertising digital nomad courses on social media lol People should stop being so gullible I get a good wage and 8 weeks paid vacation a year, so I can afford to travel often as well as relax in my own home.

I like your video a lot - very honest. I lived in Denmark for about 5 years. Vejle, Aalborg and Copenhagen (suburbs and city). Danes generally seem to be quite self aware about a lot of things, but one thing that most danes are hypocrites of - Janteloven. While each of them dont think they are special, as a nation - they always think collectively they are special. You have no idea how much indirect arrogance foreigners have to encounter in Denmark. And looking down upon other nations/countries. Aaaand, the smell of poop is just insane sometimes. In spring even in Frederiksberg(CPH) we had to close windows. :D If not for those two points, I absolutely loved Denmark, while nature is boring, you can always find a few gems to visit, and even small towns are full of charm and nice people. For example, Vejle is stunning, Aalborg used to be (imho, before they re-built whole fjord-front), and Arhus might be objectively the perfect city - size, location, amenities, events etc etc.

It could be quite warm in May! Or a bit chilly and rainy.. And likely all three during your visit. I think the average temp. is around 15 degrees in May - and probably a bit lower in the first week. Best bet is to look at weather forecasts a little before you go to get an idea, and then bring a bit of everything - you'll probably need a jacket at least.

I grew up in Stuttgart, Germany, but soon realized that a traditional 9-to-5 job and staying in one place wasn’t for me. After spending a few years working in Berlin, I took the leap to explore life abroad, starting in Barcelona, where I immersed myself in the city’s vibrant culture. However, I eventually craved a slower pace, so I spent a few months in a quiet village near Nice, France, before moving on to Bali, hoping to find the perfect work-life balance. Unfortunately, the island didn’t live up to my expectations; while beautiful, it was overcrowded, and the "digital nomad" culture felt shallow, leaving me disconnected from the kind of community I was seeking. I then moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I found a much better mix of affordability, culture, and a thriving remote work community. It was there that I truly embraced the possibility of working while traveling, taking weekends to explore temples, mountains, and local markets. But after a while, I realized that constant movement was wearing me down, and I longed for a sense of stability. That’s when I decided to settle in Benidorm, Spain, a coastal city offering a relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches, and proximity to the rest of Europe. Now based in Benidorm, I’ve found the perfect balance of stability and freedom. While I have a solid home base, I still make time for travel, visiting places like Morocco or the Italian countryside. This lifestyle allows me to experience new cultures while enjoying the calm and consistency that Benidorm provides. Ultimately, I’ve learned that the key to a fulfilling life isn’t about finding the "perfect" place to settle, but creating a flexible routine that supports both work and meaningful exploration. Sorry for the long story!

The only real way to travel and actually enjoy it is to not have your travels centered around money. If you are traveling and working, it's not travel - it's just life with a nice backdrop but then you are not connecting to the location - you are just staying there. Eventually these digital nomads will all realize this but in the meantime, they sell the facade because they (naively) think it looks cool. I image a few years from now this digital nomad will go through his old videos and take down the most obviously naive ones, if not completely retreat from youtube. Travel is only special because it is bespoke and travel youtubers only work to destroy what is special about travel, making it un-interesting, generic and boring.
